This is a very nice place, run by nice people. The staff is very friendly, and it feels like the owner is putting their soul into the hotel.
The room wasn't very large, but it had everything I needed, and there's also a balcony. The beach is nearby, as are the shops and the cafes.
It was also very pleasant to get a Christmas present on 24th of December!
I'd definitely stay here again for my next visit to the Kata beach.

This is an older building, and it is inconvenient to go up and down the stairs without an elevator, but this difficulty is nothing compared to the affordable price. Our family of three stayed in a standard room. It was no problem for three of us to sleep with two beds pushed together. The boss was very considerate and changed the mattress for us to a larger mattress. I also gratefully paid a tip of 200🐷. The hotel is very close to the beach, about ten minutes' walk. Excellent location 5 minutes from Katana and 15-20 from Katana (which had fewer people). The room is clean, cleaned every day. A boiler for water is also available around the clock, free tea, coffee, cocoa, milk, toast, jam, butter.
