We would like to clarify the details regarding your cancellation request as follows:You submitted a cancellation request before your stay due to personal reasons, and the request was received by us at 13:34. However, since your booking was made under the “Non-Refundable” policy, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, as stated in the booking terms.After checking in and entering the room, you informed us that you were not satisfied with the accommodation. As a solution, we offered two alternative rooms, but they were still not to your satisfaction. Our staff also offered to show you additional rooms, but your partner requested to check out instead.Regarding concerns about the room condition, we have conducted an inspection and did not find any issues as mentioned. In the case of mold concerns, if you can provide photographic evidence, we are willing to offer a full refund.
