Extremely poor experience, not recommended. My stay here was truly awful and completely below standard. They discriminated between white guests and Chinese guests. I booked this room months ago and even discussed it via email, yet they still gave me a corner room. This corner room was right next to a night market, which was incredibly noisy at night. I couldn't get any proper rest and my sleep was severely affected. I tried to communicate with the hotel front desk via Trip.com, but they did not resolve the issue of the noisy night market. You can see from the picture how close the room they gave me was to the night market. For over a thousand a night, you can find much better options. I do not recommend this hotel!

The hotel is located between Kata and Karon, very close to Kata Beach and convenient for visiting the cliffside restaurants. Breakfast was quite good. During peak season, the hotel price felt a bit inflated. If you're assigned a room further away, it can be quite a trek to find it.

I'd recommend staying in this room type during the off-season. I wouldn't suggest it during peak season as the price is significantly higher than similar hotels.

Everything was excellen. We loved the stay at Aurico Kata Resort. The staff was amazing, very politely and always ready to serve you. The room was big, with everything that you need and we really enjoyed the resort's pool in the evenings

We were not checked in until 2:00 PM, even though it was obvious that the room was already ready. When we finally received the room, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and so was the floor. There were hairs everywhere in the room. Despite informing the reception, nothing changed even by the second day. The pool water was extremely cold, as a large part of the pool is shaded at all times. While the location is okay, you can certainly find better-positioned hotels

The service was excellent. The hotel's little cat was also fun and friendly, you could pet it. The breakfast variety was decent, and the taste was really good.

It is a nice private resort where the staff are super friendly. We got a connecting room and this was the icing to the cake. The rooms are big and we have direct access to the pool from our rooms. A perfect holiday stay. Will come back again definitely
