Excellent hotel, even if it's not brand new! It has a great rooftop pool with a view of all of Patong! The downsides are the very soft mattress and the steep climb to get to the hotel.

An excellent choice if you're looking for peace and comfort. Many reviews complain about the hill, but if you can walk up three flights of stairs, the hill won't be an issue for you. We started communicating with the hotel staff in advance and received support on all questions that needed clarification. The staff is polite and responsive.

The room was incredibly spacious, and I absolutely loved the huge balcony! The environment was very clean. The best part is that the apartment is located on a small hill, away from the noisy streets, making it incredibly quiet. The service here was also excellent; they responded to messages almost instantly and were quick to assist with any requests. I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time and highly recommend it!!!

Absolutely amazing place, Kartoon and the staff were great and super helpful. The room had a clothes line, umbrella and washing machine which was awesome. Only downside is the place is at the top of a hill and pillows were a bit hard but would definitely come back again!
