Le Resort and Villas

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no one to help with luggage, the checking process was straightforward. The allocated room requires you to take steep steps downward from reception area or take the elevator that brings you to the service areas which you then have to walk through the hotel’s underground car park. Do not waste your money on a dome (glancing or the villa) neither have any wardrobe space and the water pressure is inconsistent at best. The condition of the glamping dome was terrible, bathroom was falling apart and toilet was stained through use. I complained and they said they can give me a downgrade or swap to the le dome villa but the water issue is not going to be resolved by moving. The dining area has plastic seating and the quality of the breakfast buffet is poor. Fried eggs are fried to within an inch of their lives. When I complained about the room, the attitude of the staff was extremely poor. I eventually accepted the move to le dome villa which was not an upgrade but was better than the glamping, that had the same issues they refused a refund and as I did not have the energy or time to move to another hotel I stayed. I truly wish I hadn’t. I asked for fresh milk and they did not even know what that was. The room was not in working order either. The jacuzzi only had one nest work and the other issues can be seen in the images. This is a 3 star hotel at best for facilities and 1 star for quality of service. The language barrier is high.
