We had an unforgettable experience from the moment we arrived, the staff are very welcoming and taken care of. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The pool, spa and views are out of this world. What really made our stay special was the extraordinary and personal service. The staff were genuine, friendly and kind especially „Lift“ our personal server very kind and treated us with care. „Lift“ from the first moment he greeted us to the last moment we saw him, he showed how important the first and last impression is. His face was the last one we saw, and that moment will stay in our memory. He truly embodied the saying: „The first impression counts, the last impression remains“ We had beautiful memories that will last with us for a lifetime.

Perfect in all ways! Service, cleanliness and amenities. Only thing I had a little problem with was, I would have liked it to be a little more private with calling it your own private pool. Very happy with the service! All staff are friendly and helpful.

Out of the way, very very expensive for what it represents, would be a good short stay for 1 night for 300 USD max. Go to the nai harn instead

Excellent service and friendly staffs, the room is superb and they offer phototaking session arounf the resort. Overall pleasant stay and highly recommend!

Amazing place, beautiful, clean and neat! The service was beyond amazing! We will be back in the future for sure.

It’s superb hotel we ever stay in all hotels. It will be better if shuttle bus will be provided to PD beach. Lots of places could have nice photo shoot. The Resturant food is very nice, you can order alaka style. The taste 👍 We will choose this hotel when next Phuket trip!
