I can recommend only one thing, to avoid this hotel like the plague. Management (Alina) tried to cheat me, make me pay December utility bill when I came in January. and I am sure tried to pay me back only half the deposit but failed when I sent her a screenshot of the contract. Threatened to cut power and water if I refused to pay. The apartment was dirty, furniture and fittings broken. Seats were dangerous to sit on. The hotel is located on the main road with loud noise from cars and bikes and music at night. Very awkward to walk anywhere from there. I got about 1 week of hot water during my 2 month stay. They came to fix it once and it worked only that 1 week. My further complaint about cold water was ignored. The day I arrived, managements assistant was rude and unprofessional, she took a picture of me for what ever reason. Refused to give me the key until I pay the final month’s rent in full which is unacceptable and was not in the contract. Since the manager (Alina) had my whatsapp, she did not stop bothering me about every single thing possible including accusing me of loud noise past 10 pm when I flush the toilet or call my family back home , to telling me that I have guests visiting when no one ever came to my apartment for the whole stay, to literally flirting with me 🤣🤣🤣 The manager Alina and that stupid lady assistant should quit hotel business and find another job, extremely unprofessional relation with the guests. I cannot say anything bad about the rest of the staff, very friendly and kind people 🙏🏼 Also thank you to my real estate agent. I believe if I did not have a proper realtor which got me the apartment (was not aware of the issues at the time and is not her fault), I would have been forced to over pay on electricity and would never get my deposit back in full. Avoid this place for your own sake, don’t try to save money cus it’s cheap it is not worth a dime
