Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort

Wow- I cannot speak more highly of this resort. Here are just some of the positives: First of all, the staff have been amazing! Everyone that I’ve spoken to or even passed by has been incredibly friendly, kind, and eager to help in any way. Second of all, the coaches are patient, motivating, and very good at what they do. My favorite activity was my one-on-one Muay Thai sessions with Florian who is absolutely fantastic! I also took yoga classes and Spin classes for the first time, which I really enjoyed! Thirdly, there is such a variety of activities (spa treatments, wellness sessions, fitness classes) that you can add on to your package. All of the facilities, from my room to the gym to the spa to the pool are spacious, clean, and modern. The only things I would say that are slightly less positive are: the food in the restaurants is pretty pricy by Thailand standards and the breakfast buffet doesn’t change much each morning (delicious but a bit repetitive for six mornings in a row). Overall, I really loved my trip and found it was the perfect balance between being active, eating well, and relaxing. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful time ☺️

A perfect stay at Stay Welling. They got an awesome pool, huge gym center, spa, outdoor trading venue... it's kind of one stop resort there. U can enjoy several pools there . all can take great pictures and relax. The only drawback is the location... you really need to rent a car for this hotel.

This was a nice hotel to stay and relax, they had big clean pools, the two bedroom suite was spacious and came with a functioning kitchen and laundry machine. There are two restaurants on-site which provide a good range of healthy food and drinks. The location was the only downfall about the hotel, unless you drive or ride a bike it can be difficult to get a taxi, however the hotel does provide service cars for an extra fee and a free shuttle bus to a nearby beach.

Nice clean hotel, amazing gym, would recommend and definitely come back. For improvement for a 5 stars should at least give out bathrobe and sandals inside room. And more lights at night in the Pool area so it makes it more beautiful .

First we arrived to a swim up room opposite the restaurant. AC was on even when turned off was freezing. The first night someone was being very loud. Asked in the morning if we could move due to noise, swim up room not being by the big pool. Hotel moved us without a problem. The breakfast was amazing could chose what eggs you’d like. 24hr gym and different classes on again Would 100% stay again!

Up to the highest standart. Very clean, friendly staff. Stayed at the villa with family with little children. Due to the high standards there were many rules and regulations. So would recommend for people who are traveling without kids. Restaurants were amazing. Bit isolated from everything, but there were not many occasions for leaving the hotel. Overall very uptight, isolated, relaxing place.

This review is going to be fair and honest. Pros - The stay fit gym and staff were amazing. Especially my personal trainer Marie and the front desk staff. Stay Green cafe staff and food were amazing. The staff were courteous and friendly. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. Finally, the stay Physio clinic was amazing. The staff were great, accommodating, and delivered amazing service. The clinic manager should train some of the front desk staff on how to treat customers. My physiotherapist and the nurse were both amazing and very helpful. Cons - The housekeeping department needs to be retrained ( some housekeeping staff were great) but it took them entirely too long to clean the rooms. Plus the cleaning time wasn’t consistent. Some staff cleaned well but a couple would leave dirty cups in the room and I had the same bar of soap for like 10 days before I finally asked one of the housekeepers to give me a new one. I was locked out of my room twice because the batteries in the door died. Problem was the second time I was locked out was two days after the first incident which means the batteries were old. The HandiGo app chat. What a joke it would take them 45 minutes plus to respond. Unless you have a dedicated member of staff handling the chat just do away with it. Finally, the rude front desk staff member who checked me out. Instead of diffusing a situation he escalated the situation by talking over me and being very defensive. I am the customer and if I am showing respect give it back do not argue with me and talk over me. He should not be in any part of customer service. Did the good outweigh the bad with my stay absolutely. But do not get so comfortable to think that retraining doesn’t need to happen.

I have reserved the pool-access room this time. The room is tidy and spacious which offers you a very comfortable stay. You can access to pool when you walk out to the balcony and the pool is very clean and huge. One of the highlights is restaurant is tremendously outstanding. The food, service and price are fantastic and not pricey. The food types involve both western and asian which are well cooked. This restaurant is really good. The hotel offered me a free Thai boxing session and I did enjoy the experience. The boxing area is spacious and the coach was also very friendly and nice. It was a great experience.

This place is great for the fitness couple looking to enjoy some sun, exercise and eat healthy. The customer service was great and the room was clean. Definitely planning to come back again and host a fitness retreat here. The fact that there is a 24 hour gym is great as well as a beach shuttle 👌🏼
