The hotel's location is great, close to Kata Beach, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are clean, and the staff are enthusiastic and helpful. Overall, the stay was very good, and it offers good value for money. The pool access rooms aren't really worth the extra cost; there's not much difference from the standard rooms, so just stick with those.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel pool is large, and the slides are quite exciting, perfect for kids! The breakfast area is also spacious! The room itself is quite big and roomy. We booked a Deluxe Select room (the king-size bed felt like 1.8 meters) and it's about a 5 to 7-minute walk to Kata Beach. Now for the negatives: Pamookkoo is a bit old, and the facilities are dated! We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM, and perhaps it was too late, but there was practically no service. When we entered the room, there was a musty smell! The sheets and duvet covers felt damp! On the first day, we had to call for 'clean room' three times before it was finally cleaned! The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it was enough for me since I don't have high expectations for breakfast...

The kids absolutely loved the pool and slides, and the lifeguard was very responsible. The room had a great view and the breakfast was abundant. The room was clean and a good size too. We'll definitely stay here again.

Traveling with my parents, we booked a room with direct pool access. It was odor-free and reasonably clean. The pool water quality was good, and both adults and children could enjoy the recreational facilities. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent. A particular highlight is how quiet it was at night, which is great for light sleepers.
