Third stay — and definitely my last
This was my third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience. I kept giving this hotel another chance, but every stay seems to get worse.
The room was not clean, my booking was not provided as requested, and I didn’t even receive the room I had booked.
The shower had a problem from the first day. They came to fix it, but apparently it was never properly repaired. By the third day, the bathroom flooded and I had to change rooms. Even after all of that, the issue still wasn’t properly resolved.
For a returning guest, this was extremely disappointing. I gave this hotel three chances, and this was the last one.
Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance, and a very disappointing overall experience. I will definitely not be coming back, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Three stays. Three chances. Never again.
