The hotel is located down a small alley. I originally booked a pool view room, and it looked decent enough online, but when I got to my room, the balcony faced a wall. If the owner knows that two or three rooms have balconies facing a wall, why are they selling them at the same price? People book based on their needs, so why should I pay more only to get a worse room than others? Even stranger, the toilet was completely off; there was a puddle of water constantly leaking, and attempts to fix it failed multiple times. Every time I went into the bathroom, I stepped in dirty water – it was truly speechless. Discovering these issues only upon arrival, without any prior notice, definitely warrants a negative review! Who spends a lot of money to travel to Thailand just to run into this kind of mess? It wasted my time trying to communicate with Trip.com, and I couldn't even change rooms. Everyone, avoid this place!

The room was quite clean, and the location right by the road made transportation very convenient. The environment was lovely, with flowers, trees, and a pool in the courtyard. The hot water for showering was readily available. The owner even arranged for someone to help me carry my large suitcase into the room.

I honestly think this hotel exceeded my expectations. It was my first time traveling to Thailand independently, and I was a bit worried about the language barrier, so I chose a hotel run by Chinese owners. I must say, they really understand our accommodation habits. All the disposable amenities were provided, the room was cleaned daily, and there was a fridge in the room that was refilled with cold water every day. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The small guesthouse isn't far from Patong's must-visit spots, and there's a 7-Eleven just 100 meters away. Plus, because it's located down an alley, it's very quiet. The pool and flowering vines outside the French windows were beautiful. The price was also reasonable, so overall, I was very satisfied. I added the owner's WeChat to book tickets and got a great discount. It was a very enjoyable trip!

We had a wonderful family trip and were so lucky to find this hotel. It made our stay comfortable and peaceful. The owner is from Hunan, so communication was easy, and they enthusiastically recommended places to visit nearby. We stayed for 3 days. There's a small path behind the hotel that leads straight to Wufu Dumpling Restaurant, perfect for a Chinese palate. A little further down is Jungceylon shopping center and Big C supermarket, which was great for browsing. We spent the next two days exploring Phang Nga Bay and Similan Islands, so it was a bit of a shame we didn't get to visit Patong Beach. Experiencing Bangla Road for 10 minutes at night is also a good option. If you turn left out of the hotel's main entrance, walk to the end, and then turn right, there are two supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which was incredibly convenient. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time; it was a truly wonderful trip! 😘

Stayed for one night, the hotel is quite small, and the room isn't big either, pretty standard. We were on the second floor. Jungceylon is very close, and the hotel has a back exit you can use – just ask the front desk for the code. The pool is quite small. Room rates are really high this season, so finding something for 500 baht is tough. It'll do for one night.

The pool is a nice bonus, and it's not too far from 7-11. All the staff are Thai, but the Chinese owner isn't around. They wouldn't let me check out late. On the bright side, they do provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hairdryer, though it's not very powerful. It's more like a guesthouse than a hotel.

We stayed in the Quadruple Courtyard Room, which was a very spacious suite. It had a main bedroom with two large beds, a living room, a small room with a wardrobe, and a bathroom. Extremely roomy. Location: It's in Patong, just a 5-minute walk to Jungceylon shopping mall and Banzaan Fresh Market. There's also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient. Facilities: There's a swimming pool in the courtyard with shared floats available. Our child loved playing in the water every day, it was fantastic. Cleanliness: Both the room and the pool were very tidy and well-maintained. Service: The staff are all locals and can communicate in English, they were very friendly. We had a lot of stuff, so we didn't request daily cleaning, but the staff provided us with bottled water and tissues every day, showing very thoughtful service. The owner is Chinese, which also made communication easy. On our last day, we urgently needed an airport transfer, and the owner quickly helped us arrange it. Although we didn't end up using it, the price was very reasonable. If you need anything, you can trust the owner to help. 👍 Overall, it was absolutely wonderful!

This hotel is conveniently located near Patong Beach. It has a swimming pool and offers breakfast. The facilities are comprehensive, and the cleanliness is acceptable. The environment is good, making it easy to get around. The service is also very attentive.
