It is OK place. The location is close to the beach, restaurants, shops and massage places. The rooms are average, a bit worn. TV did not work properly. The bed sheets were dirty with white stains. But they were quickly replaced when I complained. But still during my stay the fresh towels were stained every second day. So I would recommend to change them the laundry. Also during my stay I had a leak from the room above. I asked the reception to deal with the water my floor. They used one of my towels. I found this very inventive. The breakfast was average. At the end expect they will check your room, so come for the check out 15 min on advance of your taxi to the airport.

One practical point: when checking out, expect the staff to inspect your room before completing the checkout. If you have a taxi to the airport, I would recommend coming to reception at least 15 minutes earlier.
Overall, the hotel is acceptable mainly because of its very good location, but cleanliness and maintenance could definitely be improved.
