This is a beautiful serviced apartment with all in room amenities that you’d expect. It was a very comfortable stay. Ate at restaurant once and it was tasty if not particularly memorable. A great location for the beach that is tucked away from any noise. Two different pools including the roof top one were really nice. Gym was small but nice air conditioned. I didn’t find the staff to be typically Thai warm. Welcome drink showed up without an actual welcome. When asked if I smoked and said I didn’t, I still had to sign an official form that said I’d pay a fine if did. Thought it was unnecessary. Credit card number was recorded manually on a piece of paper which I didn’t like as I don’t think it’s very secure. Paid double regular rate as it was Chinese New Year and compared to the other accommodation I stayed in Phuket, BYD wasn’t as good, so probably wouldn’t stay again.

Perfect loft. Clean, comfortable, modern, and great location. Would definitely come back!

The room was very nice, spacious, great AC, nicer balcony (although faced other apartments so be conscious of that). Staff were very friendly and helpful to me. It was in a nice quite street with plenty of restaurants and bars around plus a short 10 min walk to Bangla road. 3 minutes to the beach and a few other beach/pool clubs. The pool here is small however. I thought I had great value for money.

Amazing hotel , 2 bedrooms was fabulous. Enjoy the stay , and service of byd lofts hotel. Me and my friend had great vacation.

The room is big, with many facilities, including a microwave, which is very considerate, and a terrace. However, my husband and I only stayed for one night, and we both had small lumps on our bodies. A centipede appeared in the bedroom at night. People with sensitive skin should be careful because we were wearing pajamas. The decoration is OK, and the facilities are also good, but the water pressure is relatively low. We live on the 3rd floor, and the water pressure is very low. The water quality is OK and normal, but the most important thing is that the hot water is unstable. There is only cold water and hot water, no warm water. This is the worst experience. People who want to take a refreshing bath should never stay here.

Wonderful place, high service, I recommend. Snow-white towels and linen, open kitchen in the restaurant at breakfast, the staff is very responsive and helpful! Comfortable apartments with a kitchen and a terrace, the feeling that you are in your own resort apartment.

I like it very much. Although it is an apartment, the service is good enough. The price can be the same as a hotel, but if the service is not good enough, it will be a downfall. The location is very convenient. The room is generally good except for the shower and shampoo.

A great hotel, the suite we stayed in had new facilities, modern decoration style, spacious shower room, comfortable bed, and a small balcony. The accommodation is very close to Patong Beach and Banzaan Seafood Market, and the location is very good.

On the last day of my trip to Phuket, I chose to move to this hotel for over 600. I was amazed as soon as I entered the door. There was a spacious living room, a luxurious bedroom, and free fruit.

It's a very convenient location. The CP value and price-performance ratio are very high. It can cook and has all the utensils. It's very clean. I personally like it very much.

I booked a 60-square-meter room on the first day of check-in, and a 100-square-meter front room for two days on the second day. I booked a sea trip on the second morning and was ready to leave at 8 a.m. When I arrived at the front desk, I checked my luggage in and asked the front desk which floor my new room was on. The front desk said it was arranged on the fourth floor near the swimming pool. I asked him to pack the new room and help me send my luggage up. When I returned to the hotel at 6 p.m. to get the new room card, I was told that it was arranged on the first floor. I questioned whether it was not told to me on the fourth floor in the morning. I was told that the guy had no right to tell me the floor because the check-in was at three o'clock and they had the right to arrange my room. There were traces of alteration on the room number on the signed list. It was obvious that my room was indeed changed on the fourth floor. Later, a black manager was called in with a black face and told me that this was the hotel's rule. The garbage hotel seriously discriminated against Chinese people. I advise Chinese people not to book this hotel again!
