Requested room in new building as I read on reviews the old one wasn’t as nice. They gave me a room in the old building and it was indeed outdated. When we checked out the staff at the reception accused us of stealing a glass from the room. We told them it was in the bathroom as we used it to rinse our mouth with bottled water when brushing our teeth. They had someone check it and after confirming it was there they didn’t even apologise, very rude..

Room was spacious but was given the old wing.
Asked if I could have the new wing and was told I paid for the old one. Wish they would indicate on the website when I booked as it’s my first time there.

Not a bad hotel, good location near the shopping center. It would be nice to do a little renovation inside the rooms, you can see they are a bit tired. There were a lot of ants in the bathroom and no toothbrush cups, not very good, ants went all over the bathroom and towels. From pluses good pool, bar with drinks, tasty cocktails, thanks to the bartender. Staff very friendly, helped with some of our requests. Good hotel to just relax, we were after a long flight and needed quiet, this hotel was perfect, no one bothered us, we had a balcony with a beautiful view. Thank you for your hospitality 🌴
