Very nice and clean and also outdoor pool were good. However, the location is not good, far from downtown and other famous beach.

If you want to stay in a hotel that is clean, had a great restaurant and a pool, the Pago is an excellent choice. It’s away from the beaches and tourists on the island and is a great location to go North or South of Phuket. I’d definitely stay there again.

This is definitely not anything special and it's 100% NOT a 4* Hotel. It's a 2 at best and the only thing you will like is the pool. Apart from that it's a run down dirty place to stay . Even the pencil has bite marks . seriously ***
If you want to book a nice 4 star hotel. THIS IS NOT IT

The Pago Design Hotel Phuket is a hotel located in Phuket Town, not far from Very new bus station Very convenient to travel, close to tourist attractions. We booked during Songkran and the price was a little too high. Inside the room is clean. Not very wide Some appliances in the room don't work as well as they should, but overall it's ok. Breakfast has a variety.
