The service was excellent. We had a shuttle bus for the entire stay, and it was also convenient to get around by taxi.

The environment is great, with a private beach and an independent pool, offering mostly sea views. The only downside is that the hardware and in-room facilities feel a bit dated. Getting a taxi in and out usually costs around 200 baht, which isn't very convenient, and you need to call a shuttle to get to your room. For this price point, it's a reliable choice if you're looking for sea views and spacious rooms.

Facilities: A little bit old. Cleanliness: Decent, but there might be geckos outside the room at night. Service: Excellent! The staff are very enthusiastic and there's a dedicated app which is quite convenient. Environment: Pretty good, but it's quite a distance from the airport.

I hope this review helps deter anyone considering staying here. First off, the hotel is located on a hill, and every trip in or out will cost you at least 500 baht for a taxi – and good luck finding one that doesn't overcharge. My room type and the main photo clearly advertised a "sea view." In reality, you have to stand on your tiptoes to catch a tiny glimpse of the ocean's edge. The pool is completely dark at night, unlike other villas that have underwater lighting. The room itself felt a bit old, and the bedding was damp. The service is the main thing to avoid. The hotel has its own app, but right after check-in, the app automatically checked me out, leaving me waiting on the beach for half an hour. Even though I checked in around 4 or 5 PM, the latest I could extend my check-out was 1 PM. The hotel also advertises its own resort activities, but pilates and yoga were completely unavailable. I was promised a snorkeling reservation for the next day, but I never heard anything about it even by check-out. Breakfast was also very mediocre. Spending 5,000 baht during peak season for this hotel made me feel like a complete fool. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The service was just okay; they didn't even bother to tell us about the hotel facilities or give us a map. Overall, the lobby staff weren't very welcoming. The room's amenities probably aren't as well-maintained as they appear in the promotional photos, and the pillows were a bit too high and firm.

The hotel's location isn't very convenient for getting around, so it's best if you plan to stay put. The breakfast was decent. Service responsiveness was a bit slow and not very proactive. Also, the towels might not have been thoroughly disinfected, so there's room for improvement in terms of hygiene.

The service was absolutely terrible. The front desk supervisor was rude and completely disregarded our feelings as guests. We had already checked in and stayed one night, but on the second day, because one guest hadn't arrived to check in yet, they stopped us from entering the room. It was a very disappointing experience!

The environment is beautiful, especially by the sea, with the infinity pool and the restaurant offering unbeatable ocean views after dinner. However, the room facilities are quite old; the floors and sofas, among other things, are very worn out. On the second morning of our stay, the fire alarm went off twice for no apparent reason, and then the hotel's generator was constantly noisy on the second day. I'm not sure if there was a power outage.
