What a wonderful place to relax! Aptly named. Lovely surroundings and location. Very clean amenities, Good breakfast and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

This was a pretty enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even receiving and holding to a package for me while I transitioned to another part of the island. Location was a bit far away from the beach for my own personal preference. The room was clean, but the outlets for charging were really odd and it was hard to find convenient places to charge devices and use electricity. Overall, decent value for the price when staying around kata if you don't mind a 20 minute walk to the beach!

My family and I stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay. Good location, despite being close to a very busy road, the place is very pleasant, the environment is not affected by vehicle traffic just a few meters from the hotel. Many conveniences close to the hotel such as restaurants, a large supermarket, currency exchange, pharmacy, motorbike rental and even a hairdresser. The beach is around a fifteen minute walk away. I didn't use the service, but the hotel has a shuttle to the beach at two times in the morning, I believe it's free. The breakfast is very satisfactory. Due to the arrival time of my flight, I needed to check in at the hotel close to midnight, and we were well looked after. In fact, everyone who works at the hotel was very attentive and kind. The only detail that I can point out as negative is that the toilet seat in our room was damaged and that the shower could be a little better. In short, we were satisfied.

Great resort for the value, amazing staff, and very great proximity to everything in town. Be careful, renting a scooter unless you have an experience for sure! The food is so incredible in this town. You have to check it out.

Have been here for 3 nights.... Got here late on the first day, and we were upgraded to a poolside bungalow! The only reason 4 stars, was the shower... It was OK, but if upgraded from an electric shower to a proper powerful shower, would have been 5 stars. Large and spacious, with fridge, large TV, sofa and huge bed, nicely decorated and clean. The pool was lovely! Good location, away from the nightlife, but close enough to food( can recommend the breakfast at Moni across the road, pancakes, waffles and full breakfast of sausage, egg, bacon, toast and fresh pineapple) the smoothies at the hotel not expensive and delicious! About a 10 min walk to the market selling food and goods. Beach about 15 mins walk but a free ride to the beach if u go at 9.30 or 10.30am, no ride back though. Laundrette round the corner too... Very helpful at reception, we did have a problem with locking the door, but sorted promptly by the time we came back from eating.

I have stayed here on 3 occasions and will continue to do so whenever I visit Kata. The family is very friendly and welcoming, rooms are great, as is the quiet swimming pool area. On site food is really nice too. Very fair price for a nice stay. Thank you and see you soon. Mike

Very good hotel, everything is clean and beautiful, the staff is friendly and professional in their work. Bed linen and towels are always ready. Not far from the beach, easily accessible on foot. The breakfasts are very tasty.

It is better to give up breakfast right away. There are 3 complexes to choose from and all with eggs. Fruits: watermelon and pineapple, 3 pieces per room. Regardless of the number of people. There are two buildings, they will immediately put you in the old one, if you pay extra they will put you in the newer building. The furniture is old everywhere. It’s far from the sea, you have to walk along the road, there are no sidewalks, you go around bikes and trash cans. The shuttle runs at 9:30 and 10:30. One way. The hotel is located in a run-down area. In the evening it is dark and deserted. There are small ants and mosquitoes in the room. The air conditioner is old and makes a lot of noise. It is impossible to sleep at night.

Hi all. My family and I decided to get to Tai on our own; in addition to tickets, we also had to choose a hotel where we would stay. I am very glad that we chose the Garden Home Kata hotel. Lots of advantages, such as a quiet area, polite staff, clean area, cool swimming pool, mini pond with carp, etc. Green area. Requests were never refused, be it a plate, a bottle opener, a bottle of water, an umbrella - no problem. Everything was done with a smile and respect. Thank you so much to the staff, especially Mali and Gerald. They brightened up our holiday. If you are reading this review, know that you will not be disappointed. The hotel is worth a visit.

Let me start by saying that this is our first trip to Thailand. Previously, we always vacationed in Turkey and Egypt on all inclusive and 1st line. In the 2000s, we often visited China for work, but Thailand is a completely different Asia. With the exception of some nuances, we liked EVERYTHING! And today we have already forgotten about all the little things - shortcomings). Regarding the hotel: we were not confirmed with a hotel on line 1 and had to urgently choose another one. The choice fell on Garden home Kata. The hotel is located at the same distance from Kata and Karon beaches. Walk for 15 - 20 minutes leisurely, stopping at all the shops along the way 🙈. Which didn’t bother us at all, on the contrary - to shake out the fat). The hotel is very cozy and green (Very!). The rooms are ordinary - air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (without Russian channels), huge bed, shower, water heater (there was always hot water). , balcony with drying rack, kettle, hair dryer, coffee brewing sugar. Water in the room 0.5 per person. Cleaning daily, towels changed every day, bed sheets seem to be every other day. Beach towels are available at the reception and are changed every day. At 9.30 and 10.30 there is a tuk tuk service to Kata and Karon beaches (back with legs). Breakfast is monotonous but satisfying (eggs, bacon, ham, toast, sausages, cucumber, tomato, butter, jam, watermelon, banana, pineapple, coffee, tea, juice). The pool is excellent - clean, cozy. In general, everything there is very cozy and pleasing to the eye. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. There is a cafe with an à la carte menu. But we chose a cafe 10 meters from the hotel (right on the corner) - very clean and tasty. The location is convenient for us - there are a lot of shops nearby, 7/11, Makro, cafes, massage parlors, markets within walking distance. To summarize, I recommend the hotel for those who want to merge with nature in a cozy corner listening to the singing of birds, and are not afraid of walking or with bikes. And if you choose a hotel on the 1st line without greenery or this one in the Garden of Eden, the choice is obvious - Garden houm Kata 👍
