Due to flooding in Patong tried to contact the hotel to ask how the situation was prior to flying to Phuket. Not response by email and no phone connection. Contacted Trip. Com and they tried to contact the hotel without any success. So after waiting until the last minute, had to cancel our trip and flew home to Chiang Mai. Still awaiting the outcome

The feeling of this hotel in the last century is not like a hotel, but more like the housing of Thai locals. The check-in was worrying, and the front desk changed new sheets and barely fell asleep. The only advantage is that the location is good,

The Black Pearl( Patong Seaside) is in downtown Patong, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room is not very big. There is an en-suite bathroom, the TV works well, the staff are not very welcoming.

The hotel is located close to the beach. Upon arrival, the room was poorly cleaned. There are ants in the room on the 4th floor. Wifi is not stable.

The hotel is clean, very quiet, next to the sea, walking distance, inexpensive, suitable for anyone who wants to relax and like the atmosphere near the sea. You have to come here 🥰🌊

DO NOT STAY HERE- bathroom has no running water, broken sink, and broken shower. I tried to get help from the manager, but he did nothing, claimed he doesn't understand english (or thai), and stares at the ground in shame. Please see a gallery of real images of the move-in from this location. No one is even at this location most of the time and the place is littered with trash and empty bottles. Absolutely disgusting- no working mechanicals, poop in the toilet, broken sink, etc.
