Lovely stay very happy. + Really great stay, spacious and clean rooms with a nice little balcony from which you can see the sunset. The pool area was really nice and staf were helpful, a short walk to Karon beach and bars and restaurants..

There are a lot of pros about this hotel. - property is at an excellent location. Just across the beach. Barely a 2 mins walk. Lot of shopping places and restaurants just near the property - property is well made with a lot of greenery - the pool is good and cleab - breakfast is a good spread with some what changes every day - our room was sea view. The room. size was big and the sea view was excellent Cons -the staff doesn't understand even basic English. They just keep saying okay okay - the air conditioner was bad in our room. They kept the key with them whole day when we told them to have a look. We came back at night and asked them if it's done and all they say ok. Don't think anyone even had a look so we stayed in the heat all 4 days. - we asked them for an extra bottle of water one day because they just give 2 small bottles for 2 people for the whole day. The reception said they will charge 50 bahts. We were shocked. Then they send the bottle to the room and said it's for 20 bahts. We said we will pay the next day but eventually they didn't end up taking. - we stayed for 5 nights and we needed tooth paste. The staff just looks at us and says you need to go out and buy it. Who takes toothpaste for vacations. It's so basic. Don't keep it in the room. But if a guests asks, provide it - shampoo quality is horrible. No moisturizer in the room. They literally gave us one small soap for 5 days for the 2 of us. No liquid soap dispenser. - if u take a sea view room, it's on the above floors and they have a lift only uptil the 4th floor. The 2 floors are quite a walk. It's just not direct walk. U need to climb 2 whole floors and 2 big lobbies. It was quite tiring and frustrating. -the wifi was bad. Kept coming and going all dat - lastly we took a cab from them from the airport mainly Because we were reaching late night. They charged us 1200 bahts. The normal cost to the airport is 900 to 1000 bahts and easily available on online booking. So book a cab from them but chk online prices. These were minor hitches. With these minor problems, our stay was pretty good. We would definitely stay here again if they work on the feedbacks.

It was Good, but all destroyed because we needed to pay 1400 bath, when check out. For a dirty blanke. Feels like a Fraud to us. Why did you don’t say anything before check out. We are sur we could remove the dirt. Not a Nice ending of a 2 week vaccation.
