這酒店沒住到訂房時酒店訊息上明明是24小時服務但是到了這時10點多現場卻沒有人大門深鎖，連酒店都進不去打了聯絡電話沒有人接 ，大門是玻璃窗可以直接看到櫃檯 ，櫃檯的電話在響，等了很久也是沒人，謝謝客服幫我更換酒店
