I really liked the hotel's location. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with fresh, modern renovations. The staff were friendly.

This hotel was a one-night stopover, located right across from the Katathani lobby. There are restaurants, massage parlors, and convenience stores right at the alley entrance. It's not expensive and even has a small pool with loungers. It's a small, three-story guesthouse, so there's no breakfast or elevator. The stairs are quite steep, so we asked for help with our luggage since my family members are older and have back issues. The room had a balcony, was very clean and tidy, and the tiled floor was sand-free, even for walking barefoot. The air conditioning was a separate unit, but thankfully, it cooled down the room quite well. The room also came with a fridge, kettle, coffee, and tea bags.

Such a great little place to stay ! The staff were most polite and helpful and welcoming. Allowed us early check in and it’s so close to the beach and shops . We were there to attend a wedding at katathani. Which is literally opposite from where we stayed making it walking distance! There’s a small pool to splash about if needed .. beach towels provided ans daily change and cleaning . A note to carry your own toothbrush and toothpaste otherwise all other toiletries are provided like shampoo body wash and so forth . I’d definitely stay here again ! It’s located nearby restaurants and street full of shops like 7/11 , massages and clothing stores. This part of town shuts down by 11pm . It’s good for families but it’s also not a far ride from other tourist or entertainment areas .

The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked well. It's highly recommended as an overnight stay if you're heading to Kata Thani across the street.

The hotel isn't new, but everything is neat and clean. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, just through the beachfront hotel. There are cafes, 7/11s, and money changers nearby. The only downsides were no toothbrushes in the room and you have to request a hairdryer. Overall, we were satisfied.

I enjoy location wise , very close to katanoi beach. Room size is big and clean.

Comfortable and spacious room.

We had a great stay at Katanoi resort. We stayed at one of the villas with 2 bedrooms. The entire villa is very spacious with a full kitchen. They provided us with both normal bath towels and beach towels. After each use of the beach towel, we could simply go to the reception and exchange for clean ones. The front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The cleaning staff was excellent. They even clean the dishes we left in the sink! There are plenty of restaurants next to the hotel. There are also a supermarket and a 7-11 (it was closed due to renovation when we were there) just a few steps away. The only drawback is the pool, which is really tiny and not inviting. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and clean place for short or long team staying. Nice and unobtrusive people. Everything is very close.. shops, money exchange, restaurants, taxi, and beach.

The villa itself is nice and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were missing an ironing board and iron, but we didn't ask at reception, and everything else was there. There were dishes, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and even a toaster. The bedrooms have air conditioners; they're not too loud, but they feel like it's raining outside, so sleeping was comfortable. The twin bedroom doesn't have a TV, and the window overlooks barrels, so it's always closed. But for our children, that was a plus; they slept soundly without any sun. The living room doesn't have air conditioning, just a fan. It's warmer than the other rooms, but not too hot. There's a nice terrace 👍, but we mostly ate in the living room, where there's a TV, a sofa, and a kitchen table with four chairs. There's also a pool, not deep but clean. The neighbors swam there all the time, and we went to the beach. There are two ways to get to the beach, one through the large beach hotel Katathani Phuket Beach Resort. However, security guards meet you at the entrance and radio you directly to the guards on the beach. They guide you from door to door, ensuring that no unauthorized tourists wander the Katathani Phuket Beach Resort grounds. One time, we weren't allowed onto the beach through the hotel; we had to go around. The sea is rough in May, with big waves, but we still swam and jumped in the waves. However, closer to the shore, we couldn't really swim due to the underwater currents. We were looking for a gym nearby; the aforementioned Katathani Phuket Beach Resort doesn't even offer a separate fee; it's only available to hotel guests. Thank you for your hospitality!
