It is a cheap hotel close to Naithon Beach. All is good except for the noisy road (managed with earplugs) and early 11 am check-out. The staff is not super friendly, but they do their job well.

The room is nice sized and perfect for a single or double traveller that doesn't need any services. The room is inexpensive with nice bed and small but functional balcony. It has a good little massage place next to the front desk, overpriced, but everything is in Phuket. It's drawback is there is not much to do and the beach area is small and swimming isn't allowed. It's beautiful and the apartment rents scooters to ride around at a somewhat reasonable rate. It does have some good restaurants and, as stated, beautiful tropical views. However, the whole area doesn't get started till late in the morning and shuts down early. Overall good place to stay if you want to be a little more secluded and away from patong and the night life.

The place is amazing, I'd definitely recommend it if you want to stay at Naithon beach. I had a room on the 4th floor, and the view was great (the way up the stairs can be a bit tiresome though). A very spacious room with everything you'd need. Short walk to the beach, and a nice restaurant just across the road. The checkout time is a bit earlier than in most other places (11am).

We stayed for 3 nights in March. The location is ok, the beach is visible from the balcony. But the road is nearby. The hotel is simple, small. The airport is 10 minutes away. There is one hair dryer for the whole hotel, if it is occupied, you will not get it. There is a kettle in the room, they give you water. The TV did not work. Wi-Fi somehow connected in the room. There is Wi-Fi downstairs. The air conditioner worked. They give you beach towels. Shampoo, gel, shower, hygienic shower, hot water, a balcony. No breakfast. In general, a normal hotel for staying. The hostess is friendly.

It's budget-friendly and perfectly fine for a couple of days, but only if you don't have royal expectations. The beach is very close, nice, and there's plenty of infrastructure, and overall, it's a quiet area!
