This was a really quiet and lovely hotel with a pool right next to the beach! Lots of pubs around however we took a taxi to the town area! The bar wasn’t open but there were many shops nearby to get food

I loved my stay there, would recommend to anyone. Location is really nice and convenient if you want to live near Rawai Beach. You can also take a nice walk to Promthep Cape from there. I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet and pretty pleasant.

Great location, terrific pool, and grounds. The rooms overlooking the pool are great and recently refurbished. The garden view rooms not recommendable.

The hotel is in a great location on the main rawai beach road. It has a two great pools to use and sunbeds. The WiFi was good at the hotel and that’s about it with are stay here. The beds in the room were rock solid and uncomfortable,the room had stains on the walls,tv and ceiling,the ones on the ceilings were from leaks from the roof, the shower head wouldn’t stay up correctly so had to hold it by hand and the light fitting above the sink wasn’t fixed into the ceiling.

I enjoyed the chill vibe of this place. Nice private room with a patio. You can’t hear your neighbours much. The pools were decently clean and large. Room is basic, but has a big fridge. Location is convenient for sure! For the price I understand you can’t expect much, but Please invest in a decent mattress! I spent three nights with very little sleep on two small, different kinds of spring mattresses that I suspect were made in 1980 that had been pushed together to make one bed. The mattress was terrible and springy and itchy. I was very itchy all night (I don’t know if it’s fleas or mites but wow). Also there was a giant mango tree above my room and hard mangoes were falling on the tin roof all night keeping me awake. Cats everywhere. Which is cute, but they also fight at night.

AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE! This is my first ever review of a hotel in my life I never usually bother im the easiest person ever, but if I can help one person avoid I’m happy. From the minute I entered I got a bad vibe the reception staff were not welcoming and felt hostile. The room smelt like damp i can’t mistake the smell. The bed sheets had mould on from under the frame. Mosquitos in the room and severe amount outside of course it’s wet season Thailand but I have 50+ bites. The room looks like a prison cell with a shady window, bathroom looks good for something from the 90s. Not even spoon for a cup of tea. I’ve honestly stayed in better for 250/300 baht. AVOID!

Good place to just chill and relax, friendly atmosphere amongst the guests, because it lends itself to that, like minded ppl, as most of the rooms enter straight into the pool...
