Phuket Sea Resort is a place in Rawai Phuket that’s tucked away in a awesome location and is run by fantastically by Jemm and her team .. I have stayed there 5 months of the last 12 months .. Never any issues for me and the customer service is spot on .. I will come back someday !

Beautiful clean rooms! Close to shops but tucked away from the noisy street so you have some peace and quiet. Plus 2 beautiful pools to cool off in

Can just walk to Tops supermarket and Phuket Smart Bus stop. Many restaurants along Rawai beach. Bad points now - given a room the Aircon not able to cool the room. ( Technician came but unable to improve the Aircon) Some channels poor signal. We troubleshoot ourselves the Remote control problem by removing battery cover on order to change TV channels. After 2 hours wait, the room temperature became unbearable that we had to go to out for the 3rd time to look for reception staff. Finally, they changed our room. Not an "upgrade" though as said by staff, just the same size and decor room but now with a working Aircon and good TV remote control. Initially, staff mentioned an extra charge for so called 'upgrade' but nonsense, not a bigger or prettier room and furthermore, we didn't ask for upgrade - why should we when the hotel obviously not delivering the basic amenity of a working condition Aircon which is so crucial at this peak very hot season!

The swimming pool and location is good, near the pier, and there are a lot of restaurants around, but the service of the hotel, the staff, and the cleanliness are terrible. Please check your bed sheets before you go to sleep. Our experience has been disappointing and disgusting. We booked for 3 nights and decided to cancel our stay the next day.

Old, flithy and staff let run down. Don't trust what services they say they provide, no restaurant for buffet breakfast, tables were abandoned. They say many food places around which is true and ok, but don't advertise you have. Just lying and scam. Airport services are just them booking taxi. Airport pick-up, airport drop-off, airport shuttle service NO. Just taxi. Room was terrible,we booked king bed just got two singles mattresses pushed together on king base. There was dried blood on floor next to bed and white stains on other side. Towels looked 20 years old. AC only turned off if you scheduled it to or are tall enough to push button. Bathroom was dated but ok. Hot water never got hot, just warm. They put up silver black-out material on curtains to stop the outside lights coming in but made you feel like you were in a garage, only privacy if you shut full curtains because you could see right in. But they never shut properly, so with light off or light on, people could easily look in. There was no phone in the room, so I had to call the main number with a cellphone or walk to the front desk. This is an expensive backpackers place that in the 80's was a resort. Been let to rot away while saying many lies. 3star at best.

It was good, based on pricing and quality. But only stay for one night

Not very clean Not very clean and the pool is broken, so be careful when swimming.

Jemm and the staff were awesome! It’s low season but they treated me absolutely fantastic! I definitely will go back .. everyone should book this plebe once .. the pools and rooms were in perfect order ! Thanks again

I staying in the hotel for many times almost 3 years,so have to be good

Good location close to boats to get to other islands. Good infrastructure. Facilities older, but ok. No breakfast/restaurant available.

The AC was definitely way too loud and the chairs to sit outside need replacement! But the staff was kind and helpful and the atmosphere was great

convenient location for attractions at the end of Phuket island. Friendly staff pool was great got to meet the local felines as well

Great room. Its right on rawai beach front so in a great spot for great food. Really enjoyed my stay here

This hotel is located in good location nere rawai beach and seafood market. The room is clean and the staff is helpful.
