Location was convenient. Easy walk to the beach There's no elevator so you need to use stairs to get your room, so keep that in mind. I booked it during the peak season so my options were limited.

Well, we ended up checking into this hotel because there were no other options, and we stayed for 9 nights. The renovation is old, the rooms are run-down, and they only clean if you ask them to! I'm warning anyone considering staying here: after every cleaning, count your towels! After every cleaning, we were missing 1-2 towels. We had to go to reception – and we were on the 3rd floor, WITH NO ELEVATOR – to ask for them. We booked through Trip.com and regretted it a million times over. On our 9th day, our water was shut off... From early morning, there was no cold or hot water. When we asked when the water would be fixed, they just waved their hands. Naturally, we couldn't use the toilet, shower, or even just wash our hands in the morning. Closer to lunchtime, we decided to check on the water situation again. The reception told us it could take a long time because they had an emergency and were replacing a pump (by the way, when you wash your face or shower in this hotel, the smell of the water is suffocating). We decided it was impossible to live in such conditions without water. We wrote to Trip.com, filed a complaint, and found a hotel WITH WATER! We moved there, and of course, no one refunded us for the 3 nights. Trip.com has been looking into it for 5 days now. I do not recommend this hotel or this service to anyone.

It was a good hotel for short term, nice garden around, lovely hostess. It’s really amazing that they have a parking place it’s big bonus. Nice that they have a not bad restaurant in next door, 7/11, pharmacy, street food… BUT  Few negative moments : 1. You need to wait hot water in the shower for an 11-20min ..  2. It’s really loud and very busy street so many noise

Decent spot for the budget, good staff and decent location, I usually stay in 5 std hotels or resorts where coming to Thailand however as a solo traveler decided to pick this place only good for solo traveller which basic amenities

The room looks nothing like the pictures. There's an incredible amount of noise from the street and a strange thumping sound. The staff were grumpy and not very friendly. Suddenly, they came in to re-grout our bathroom, which meant we couldn't use it for half a day. I don't recommend it.

Daily cleaning, but the room is impossible to stay in due to noise. This hotel is for a maximum one-night stay. I asked to be moved to another room, but they refused. I do not recommend this hotel.

Spacious room and great air con. Bed very firm but some people might like that. If your looking for a peaceful night probably not the right place for you as you can hear the loud tuk tuk music and people etc outside but we expected it being in Patong. A short walk from lots of restaurants and Bangla Road. Would stay again.

Oh, the joys of peak season! Every hotel was booked solid, and this was the best I could find. The room itself isn't bad, but the windows face a busy main road, making it absolutely impossible to sleep! You'll be hearing tuk-tuks blaring loud music and motorbikes roaring past all night long. Sleep is just not an option here!

Good location, friendly staff. The hotel is kinda old. Renovation is needed. There is no elevator there. Be ready to take your bags upstairs. No one will help you. A lot of mosquitoes in the hotel and in the room.

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. We really like its Thai-style architecture. The room is comfortable, but it's very noisy at night because of the nearby road. The front desk staff aren't always friendly, especially one particular woman. We asked her for a scale, and she said they didn't have one, but another staff member kindly provided it. Please have a talk with the administrator with the short haircut about how to interact with guests.

Although location is good, but the room was bad. Not enough lighting, dusty smell, and cockroach crawling around.

It was average but ok.
