Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort Reviews

I like so much this hotel. Everyhing are perfect. The room is newly refurbished and very clean. The location is near Patong Beach and just beside Hard Rock Cafe. There are 4 swimming pools and it is huge. The only thing I dislike is there is no rain shower in the bathroom.

Great location close by to everything,beach is just within few steps from the hotel. Room was nice we took the pool excess block 7 which was the best I think pool was awesome kids slides was amazing.Breakfast was nice many selection too choose from.the only down side for me was the restaurant ala cart not great nothing special at all

Front desk staff were very friendly and approachable. Able to understand and respond swiftly. The check in lady was very sweet and accomodative while the check out guy was knowledgeable. My kids loved the water slides the most. Going to the pool was their daily activity. Breakfast was quite standard and I love their eggs. Only downside is there is no separate shower area in the toilet. Shower is combined with bathtub. Hence, we had to climb into the bath tub and stand in it to shower which I find the risk of slipping is quite high if one is not careful. Other than this, I simply love our stay there!

Hotel is great, location is convenient but it's too noisy, you can hear TV and ppl talking from next room. my son is happy with the pool facilities.

The location is great, walking distance to Patong and many food options are right on the street. Staffs are very friendly and helpful compared to to Marriot hotel at the Merlin beach. Breakfast is great, we got nothing to complaint about.

The room was okay. Hotel is quite big there is direct access to Patong beach. There is pool near our building, there are 4 in total! My only gripe is not enough adapters in the hotel! Would be nice to have one each on both side of the bed andddd the shower area is kinda small for a Mariott hotel. Around 15 mins walk to Jungceylon , there is 7-11 opposite and few smaller shops nearby

Our hotel room and most public areas / facilities are newly renovated. Room renovation is on-going (disturbance is minimal to none) which I think is the reason the pools are not as crowded as I expected (hotel not at full capacity). We are a family of 4, our 2 kids really enjoyed the pools and water slides. The beach is just across the street from the back entrance of the hotel. Lots of food options around the hotel, from local restaurants to international franchise brands. Big shopping malls are just 10 minutes walk away.

Fantastics front desk staff and overall a very good experience with this resort. Breakfast is super and there is a back passage way that lead straight to the sea side beach. Resort is just next to Hard Rock Cafe for those who loves HRC, fyi. Its very walkable distance within Patong beach area, and easy to find what you need, such as restaurants, cafes, pub and yes the massage. For those who are keen to take the local Smart Bus from Patong Beach to the Airport, it is only 100bht, however expect a slightly longer journey time required (subject to road traffic condition, i was lucky to reach the airport in 75mins). Fyi the bus operates by a timetable schedule (see from 1 of the picture enclosed, timing might change, so it make sense for you to re-confirm in advance.). Enjoy!

The staffs are friendly. Great location, easy access to Patong night life and Patong beach. A kid friendly hotel. We will be back. Thanks for the great hospitality.

One of the best hotels number of pools the night music the breakfast the price everything is good. The zone 7 with pool access was best choice totally recommended and will visit again.

nice hotel, the pool bar is very impressive. Got a small path which could head to the beach right away , pretty convenient Nice service, waiter are always smiling. Highly recommended in general

When we entered, the lobby, it looked very modest but staff was great! Check in took a while but we got an upgrade to a better room in the renovated section. The room was great- spacious with a balcony, with all basic amenities. The bed was great and there were soft and medium pillows. The whole property has many different accommodations but the renovated block is the one facing the main road. Location worked or great for us as we could just walk out to the street where there were massage parlors, shopping restaurants etc. The kids club was great too. They have different activities everyday for kids and adults. The staff there is absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast has different stations - salad, breads & pastries, Indian etc but we felt it a bit lacking because we are vegetarian. There weren’t enough options. All in all we had a great time here! I have to repeat the staff here is amazing well trained, courteous and always ready to help!!
