This quiet and relaxing hotel is a hidden gem. It’s situated on a hill side so even a low 5th floor rooftop pool is incredible. Amazing view to see sunset without blocking. You can order drinks to sit on the pool to watch sunset. Hotels near the beach are difficult to see sunset because the trees are very tall. Unless you walk towards the beach. All the staffs and are very friendly. Mr Chai the manager is very helpful. A spa in the hotel is super good with reasonable prices. 15 minutes walk to Karon beach but no issue because the hotel provides free transport. Very convenient tuk tuk to hotel from everywhere. Don’t miss the seafood at Chic Ann restaurant. Very good and reasonable prices. Definitely will come to stay.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Been to Phuket a few times and this is our favorite resort. Great service. Beautiful views Delicious breakfast Awesome facilities and relaxing spa! Good for families, couples, singles, its just so well suited. We stayed in the family room and the studio rooms, all were spacious and wonderful!

Excellent hotel from start to finish. We arrived and it was an excellent check in process. The room was upgraded, very spacious and had excellent amenities (microwave, kitchenette and large fridge freezer) - more than what you expect from a hotel! The fact that the rooftop pool and gym were open 24/7 is one the key plus points of the hotel as it is always good to be able to have a swim late evening which no other hotel during my stay in Thailand was able to offer. They also have a small jacuzzi and steam room ,free to use and open till very late - perfect! The staff were incredible and very helpful - credit to Jose and Jassy who were excellent. The mattress had recently been changed and it was superb, so so comfortable and the best night sleep we had all holiday. I want to say they went above and beyond when we asked our car to be cleaned after day at the beach. The breakfast was slightly disappointing given the luxury of the hotel ; not many choices, even with the a la carte options, it was quite boring after the fourth day. No real change of the menu throughout and no vegetarian options for the hot Thai food. The TV facilities were OK - I can see there was a smart TV with IPTV but the internet commendation was very patchy and we had to restart the box many times as it constantly was freezing. Would still give our stay 9.5/10 - More variety and change in breakfast would make it perfect

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything else is perfect other than the refrigerator was a bit unclean.

Lovely experience. We were upgraded to a nicer room which made everything even more enjoyable. Staff were attentive, prompt and communicated very well. The room was big and nice. We also enjoyed other amenities here such as the rooftop pool and the ping pong table in the gym which made the experience even more fun.

Stuff is really friendly and helpful. The food is good. The rooftop pool with a great view. Timely cleaning.

I liked the hotel room very much, it was like a castle, all in stone, interesting interior. The service was good, not intrusive, the breakfast was plentiful and varied. There is a free transfer with delivery to the beach and back. But if I came, then back on foot to the hill for about 10 minutes. But this is the only small minus, everything else is excellent

The hotel is great. The receptionist is very enthusiastic. The hotel housekeeper is super cute. She chatted with us during breakfast in the morning. It was a great stay. It is very close to Karon Beach. You do need to climb a slope on the way back to the hotel, but it is acceptable. There are also many 711s and restaurants nearby. Compared with Patong, this place is more suitable for vacation and very comfortable. A very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel air conditioning is also very powerful. I will stay here next time 😯

I was very hesitant before the trip because everyone said that the hotel was a long way up the hill and far from the beach, but the pictures made me excited and it turned out to be worth it. It's super beautiful and super comfortable. The whole hotel is great. It's especially suitable for a few days of lying down. The hygiene is also very good. I'm not cheating. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to help us upgrade the room type. I think the slope at the door is okay, not long, but taking a taxi in Phuket is really expensive, more than twice as expensive as Pattaya. Highly recommended

The room was very good, much better than expected. Because we were a family of three, the hotel also added a sofa bed, which was great! The hotel swimming pool was great on the top floor! The massage on the first floor of the hotel was very good and not expensive. I highly recommend it! The hotel is far from the roadside and it takes ten minutes to walk out. We plan to stay in this hotel next time. It completely exceeded our expectations and is suitable for our family of three!

Your hotel feels very clean as soon as you enter the room. You want to take off your shoes when you enter the room, for fear of dirtying the floor. The environment and service are really excellent! I was so careless that I left my handbag and jewelry in the room after leaving the hotel. It took me half a day to find out what I had left. I immediately contacted the hotel front desk, and they actively cooperated to help me find it. After the things were found, the hotel owner personally helped me send the things back to my hotel in Bangkok. I really appreciate their warm hospitality!
