Response from Property: We are not sure that you gave us wrong service score. You asked us about local market which sells “no-brand name” products. We therefore gave you the information then you came back from shopping there with smile. After that, we also took some photos for both of you before you went to bed on the last night of your stay. You really appreciated. When you checked out, you also looked happy. So, we wonder what make you gave us low score about our services.If you were not happy about carry your 4 big luggage to your room upstairs, we allowed you to leave your luggage at our lobby overnight. Our self-service and facilities information are on all OTAs which guests can read before make a reservation. It explains clearly that there is not elevator in our building. This means guests have to take their own luggage to the room by themselves. This may be inconvenient for you. There are also not many facilities in your room as you can read and see from the photos. If you expect more facilities, you can inform us to change the room. Hopefully, you understand and please read all information before you make a reservation next time.

Response from Property: You might be a guest who wanted to change the room to be the one inside the building(No window). Unfortunately, we couldn't change the room for you because there are guests stayed in those rooms. You kept saying about the noises but you booked the room with window(City view). You told us that there is only this room available when you booked. If you know yourself that you can't sleep with some noises, why didn't you book other place to stay? It is not fair for us that you give us low rating because of your decision. You always asked so many questions via WhatsApp and on Trip.com which are very annoying. You should ask the same questions only on Trip.com. Therefore, we or Trip.com staffs can assist you about your questions. We hope you will check details of other properties carefully before make reservation and stop complain others without any reasons.

Response from Property: If you were uncomfortable to stay in the room with no window, you could ask to change the room to be with window. Some people enjoy to stay in this room because they don’t want anyone to disturb them. They really like it. Therefore, you are better to read the room description carefully before make a reservation and stop complaining about what are already informed because you made your own decision to reserve this room.The room that you booked is “Budget Double Room” which you can read in our description when you make the reservation that there is no window. Actually, there are a small window near the ceiling and a ventilating fan in this room which guests can open to let fresh air come in. Our policies including key deposit 500 baht are also shown clearly on every OTAs which guests can read before make the reservation.
