Unfortunately, I was not very satisfied with my experience. While most of the staff were very kind and helpful—especially some employees at the front desk—there were certain issues that significantly affected my overall stay.
One of my main concerns was with a manager who made me feel uncomfortable, as she was frequently giving me unfriendly looks. Additionally, I was surprised by a smoking penalty charge. I had initially agreed to pay 5,000 baht; however, during checkout, I was suddenly presented with a charge exceeding 15,000 baht without prior notice or explanation. Although the amount was later reduced back to 5,000 baht, the situation was frustrating and unprofessional.
Moreover, I was particularly disappointed by a comment made by the manager, who stated that all visitors coming to see me must have their IDs checked because “someone might come and kill you.” I found this statement inappropriate and unsettling. It made me feel uncomfortable and, honestly, I perceived it as discriminatory. I do not believe such comments are made to all guests, and it left a negative impression on me.
Despite staying for more than 20 days, I did not feel fully comfortable or satisfied during my time at the hotel. Based on this experience, I do not believe I would choose to stay at this property again.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving guest experience and communication in the future
