We stayed as a family of 4 from 18 to 22 Dec 2023. This family friendly hotel is amazing! It has EIGHT swimming pools and a massage place next to the pool. Kids can swim while you have a relaxing massage of your choice. The hotel also has easy access to the beach. Staff were all friendly and in particular Monte is superb. He gave us a map and recommended shops/restaurants nearby on our first day. Thanks to him we had a lay of the land and were able to easily find shops/restaurants that were good and cheap. We rented a car as it is easier to go around. You can walk to a night market nearby and some shops/restaurants but we preferred to drive. The breakfast buffet was reasoanably good. We enjoyed our stay, kids couldn't get enough of the pool. Our 8 year old son also played some football with the other guests. We will definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing place to stay.
Definitely will stay here again.
Breakfast was very nice and there was plenty of choice.
The staff are polite friendly and helpful.

Sunwing is a well designed hotel for families that have 5 swimming pools and offer different family activities for different times.
The location is great and just next to Kamala beach. You can find the restaurant easily near the hotel.
The room looks renovated during the COVID as it looks nice and new. The space is for sure good too.
Improvement:
As said, the hotel has been spent on renovation, but I do not understand why the hotel did not keep the way to the hotel in good condition, it is a very bumpy road to the hotel. I think the hotel needs to fix that especially for the hotel image.
Also, the hotel might consider replacing a nicer hair dryer and it looks a bit small and old.

Highly recommended for families with kids. Lots of activities and we thoroughly enjoyed them all. Beach is just 2 minutes walk. Staffs were friendly and their service is excellent.

Family friendly especially for kids. Room are so big and clean. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Great asmostphere and location! Several Swinmming pool in each zone and just few step away to the beach. Totally recommended!
