Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket

Location: The hotel is in close proximity to Kamala Beach, providing guests easy access to a beautiful, sandy shore. It's located in a quieter part of Phuket, making it a relaxing spot, although crossing a busy road is required.(based on 28 reviews)

We stayed in Radisson kamala for 4 nights in Jan 2025. We were 4 adults and 4 kids. To start with, i booked 2 rooms and requested in advance asking for rooms next to each other. Upon checkin, I was told your request can't be accommodated as the resort is fully booked. No efforts were made to adjust or provide any resolution even after a day or two of stay. We had little kids who wanted to spend time together and not run up and down the stairs. Nxt thing the bell boy is giving us looks and shaking his head in displeasure when asked to carry luggage separately as 2 different floors were allocated. Poor customer service, guests ridiculed, and laughed upon. Rooms was quite shabby, flooring coming off, door lock was broken. Safe decided to show error mode on checkout. 2 different techs came to fix it wasting half n hour. Pool needed repairs. Breakfast, gym and kids club were good. Staff was a hit and miss. Overall stay wasn't pleasant due to lack of care from the management team. Would not book or recommend this property again.

I was there during Christmas and it was good location close to Kamala beach (but will require you to cross a busy road). Restaurant staff was short and lunch was sad with wait time for one plate of food gone up to about an hour. Same with room service as no one ever picked up the phone.
