The Beachfront Hotel Phuket

Prior to arriving at this hotel, we had stayed at some nice hotels in Vietnam & Cambodia, which in our view we’re getting better as our trip progressed. That wasn’t the case with the Beachfront hotel. First impressions were ok but we arrived late in the evening, and the receptionist must have been in a rush, as she rhymed off a lot of information in a matter of seconds. Our room, to be fair, wasn’t bad until we looked around. The first thing we noticed, was the toilet seat. It was a small size seat put on a large bowl!! We opted for the sea view room, but it wasn’t until the morning when we looked out the window, that we overlooked a field full of ****s and old tin buildings. Technically, we could see the sea, but really! We had to strain our neck to see it! Then came the beach! What beach? An area at the bottom of the hotel that is covered in sand and has sun beds. They have a bar there, so that saved the day, or did it? We quickly noticed that between the hours of 15:00 - 17:00 & 19:00 - 21:00 were happy hours, where they advertise 2 drinks for the price of 1. That made things better, until we noticed that all drinks on happy hour were nearly double the price. So, a bottle of Chang beer was normally 130 baht, but on happy hour, the same bottle was 250 baht!!!! Rip-off! If you happened to be one of the lucky ones to get the hotel transport to a beach area, some 15 minutes away, you’ve done well. The vehicle can only sit 8 persons, which means, most of the hotel wishing to go to the beach area, needs to order their own transport. Give credit where credits due, the breakfast and food in general is good. Staff in the restaurants are polite and helpful, but less can be said for the reception area. I found them slightly abrupt, ignorant and no patience. If you’re staying here for one or two nights, it’s ok, but anything more, I wouldn’t bother. The one thing that did come out of our trip here, was the menu. As much as the food is good, it was same old, same old, so we went out one night for something different. This lead us to a restaurant called Zen Eat, only about a 5 minute drive in a taxi, which should cost about 200 baht. A fabulous French fusion restaurant that was just amazing. You really have to try.

The house is very good, the house is large in size, and the facilities are relatively complete, complete and clean, making people feel like home, very warm. And this private pool is so cool. You can ask a lot of friends to come and play together. The public beach is not too far away, and you can get there in a short while by car. Overall, we like it very much. And will come again if you have the opportunity, and the service level here is really enthusiastic! !

The environment is very good, the swimming pool is very large, many Russians on vacation have children, we also bring children, the children are playing well, it seems that they have not seen the Chinese. Not far from the nearby places to eat, roadside stalls, convenience stores are very convenient, very close to Yanui Beach, but during the day is relatively dry, to walk a mountain slope, it is recommended not to walk. Not far from Rawai Seafood Market. There is no sun in the evening and you can walk on foot.

The location is really hard to find, and the surrounding roads are also very remote! The supermarket is also a bit far away, really not good, the room can be quite large, but stayed for two nights without cleaning! Not recommended

Overall satisfaction: Very satisfied, very good in all aspects, totally worth the money. Convenience: The hotel is right next to Rawai Beach, but not on the main road, so it is a rare place to find peace in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and the sound of motorcycles is not loud at night. There is a 7-11 and tops next to the hotel. The hotel has its own Chinese restaurant. There are various restaurants, bars, massages and the Rawai seafood market is not far away from the hotel. It should be about 500 meters away. Just go to the beach. Hardware facilities: The hotel has a Chinese garden style, with two large swimming pools in the middle, a circle of green trees + koi pond on the side, and a circle of rooms outside. There are a lot of green plants, so it’s easy to see birds and squirrels. The hotel room hardware is okay, but the highlight is their balcony. Each room has its own independent balcony with seats and views of the green plants and swimming pool in the middle of the courtyard. Every morning I take breakfast to the balcony to have breakfast with my family, enjoying the morning sun, delicious food, beautiful scenery, and small animals. I can also feed the fish while eating. Haha, my whole body and mind feel happy. The swimming pool is also good, a little small but the water is still very clear. The most important thing is that there are green plants. After swimming, lying on the deck chair, your eyes will be filled with green, and you will feel better. Hotel service: The hotel owner is Chinese. We met one of their bosses named Yang during the Spring Festival in 2024, who is from Henan. Other service staff are Thai. Boss Yang is a really nice person and always responds to all requests. I happened to meet him on the day I arrived and added him on WeChat. I asked him to recommend a delicious restaurant that night. You also asked him about renting a motorcycle, and the boss even told you where the police couldn't go. The next day, we asked Boss Yang to rent a car and recommend us interesting places and routes on Phuket Island. The jungle jump and shooting kart are both good. Special thanks to Boss Yang. On the morning of the third day, we were going to Chalong Pier to take a boat to Emperor Island. We thought it would be easy to take a taxi, so we didn’t have much time left. In addition, it was difficult to get a taxi in the morning, so it was too late. I asked Boss Yang if there was anything I could do. Boss Yang said it was too late and he would personally take us to Chalong Pier. Thank you very much. I stayed in their hotel for a total of 3 nights this time.
