Booked a family room and got room 201 with a king bed and a queen bed. The pool view room looks exactly like in the description, very large with a balcony. They just changed the shower set and the toilet so both are brand new. Very good bed quality and linen. We slept so well. Simple buffet is good enough to start the day. Front Desk staff are very welcoming and efficient. Fast check in and out. I think the man who came for a short conversation in the restaurant is the cook. Another man wearing short pants with no shirt who went into the kitchen and went out looks like manager. Good parking space. There’s a short walk from the main street to hotel Reception. When you cross their beautiful grass garden, you’ll see the stairs. Walk up a few steps and walk pass another garden, you’ll see the ocean. Water was high this morning so we didn’t go down. Not sure if water level will be lower in the afternoon or not. One of my photos shows the hotel viewed from the seaside.

The surrounding environment is very quiet, unlike Patong which is very noisy at night. If you like a quiet environment, you must choose here. There are 7-11 supermarkets on the left and right sides of the hotel, which is very convenient. There are also Thai massage shops and some snack bars on the right side. The toilet and shower room are separated into dry and wet areas, and there are microwave ovens, refrigerators, and toasters in the room. Bath towels, towels, etc. are replaced with new ones every day, and they are absolutely clean. They smell fragrant when they are opened every day. You can see the swimming pool when you open the door, and the deepest is 1.8 meters. If you want to swim occasionally in the hotel on vacation, you must choose here~~ The swimming pool will be cleaned and filtered by a special person every morning. The breakfast is very rich, with fried eggs, milk, coffee, bread, fried rice, fried noodles, small fried dough sticks, rice noodles, etc. Because I work out, the breakfast in the picture is healthier. I don't drink hot milk, and the brother in charge of management specially brings me ice milk every day! Special thanks!! In addition, the rice noodles with Thai chili sauce are super delicious, I recommend it. The boss and the main staff are all Chinese, so those who are not good at English can go without worrying about language barriers. And the boss is very nice. If you need anything, you can tell the boss directly. He will tell you directly where you want to go, and will drive you directly when it is on the way. In the evening, the boss also took me to buy durian~ You can ask the boss to take you to rent a motorcycle. The car condition is relatively good, and there will be no problem of the store deliberately looking for the car when returning the car and deducting the deposit. The hotel is located in the Rawai Beach area, so we first went to a small beach nearby, as well as Nai Harn Beach, which is less crowded, the beach is super beautiful, and there are basically no Chinese. Well, the hotel looks worn out but they what they can to keep it on track. I specifically booked the room with jacuzzi but unfortunately 4 out of 6 nozzles did NOT work and we had an issue with the plug as well. So, it can be a good idea not to pay for the room with jacuzzi and save your money. Swimming pool is ok just like their breakfast “a la carte”. They have a big refrigerator and nice sea view, please see attached.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

I had an amazing stay at Phuket Orchid Resort with my niece! The highlight of our trip was definitely the fantastic pool slide – it added an extra layer of fun and excitement to our vacation. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout our stay. The boss is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, and he will come to greet you in person on the day of arrival, so don't worry about not being able to find the place.

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of 15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

The hotel has gave us a calendar cause it was my birthday which is very nice of them.
The floor in the room isn’t very clean. Only provided one big towel per one person after cleaning the room, with no small towels or hand towels at all.
The breakfast is really good, slightly different everyday with good varieties. Did their complementary yoga class, the instructor was very nice and friendly but doesn’t seems to be a professional yoga teacher.
Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very pretty itself but it is quite a long way walking back to our room from the lobby.

I recently stayed at The Naka Phuket for four days and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a modern design and spacious rooms with private pools, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The regular-sized pool is great for swimming laps and is well-maintained. The food was average but acceptable, offering a decent selection. The service was good, with the staff quickly arranging an in-room BBQ after a rainstorm and being flexible. However, there may be some delays in calling for a buggy, but the staff is generally responsive. While parts of the hotel may need renewal, they are still acceptable. Overall, The Naka Phuket offers a good and modern design, with spacious rooms and private pools, creating a luxurious feel. SSimoBibiProbably the best hotel I stayed at in Thailand and anywhere else. Breakfast was 5 stars, pools were nice, the games(pool, table tennis, mini golf, archery) were all free. The restaurant was perfect and reasonable priced, great view too. The room was the romantic room, worth it, good bath, good space to relax, bed nice and veiw, wow. Little things like having a bag to carry your things to the pool and welcome cookies and intro was great. Staff all so polite and awesome except the pool bar workers, ignored me while I was waiting to order a drink, just didn't end up getting one after waiting for 15 mins. The only downside is many steps and changing lifts as it's built on a hill and is not a straight down. Overall if I would go back Phuket, I'll just sit here all day and enjoy it.

NNamazov’sWe recently stayed at Pullman Karon for our anniversary for 17 nights, and overall, it was a very satisfying experience.
The staff were amazing! Everyone was friendly, smiling, and always eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised when we got upgraded to a junior suite for free, and the bed was beautifully decorated for our anniversary. Their attention to detail and customer service truly made our stay special.
Unfortunately, the room service food did not meet our expectations, and the same goes for the open international buffet. Although the selection was limited, the beef (steak) and fish barbecue were excellent.
The pool area had a very good and relaxing ambiance. The bar was great, and the bartenders were amazing, serving delicious drinks and French fries. However, there was construction in one of the buildings that created loud and disturbing noise, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. Thankfully, we couldn't hear it from our room.
Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. We expected more variety from a 5-star hotel.
Despite these minor issues, we were overall very satisfied with our stay. The exceptional service and thoughtful gestures made our anniversary celebration memorable.

This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort.
To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have.
My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week.
For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always.

GGuest UserI am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

MMorgan S.Good value for money, the management is very kind and helpful. It has a nice pool and the rooms are clean and functional. The location is good to move on foot both for the beautiful coves with sand and rocks with clear water and excellent for snorkeling, as well as having nearby shops, restaurants and street food.
I recommend it to those looking for a simple place but at the same time comfortable and informal. We were pleased with the choice and if I should reappear the opportunity, we will definitely return to this property.

LLethoI had a great stay at the ***** Patong! The pool was definitely a standout for me—clean, spacious, and with a relaxed vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The views from the pool area were beautiful, and it was always well-maintained.
The hotel itself was comfortable and offered excellent value for money. My room was clean and cozy, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that I had everything I needed.
Overall, I enjoyed my time at the ***** Patong and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Patong with a great pool!

AAdishGood hotel with ample amenities and sumptuous breakfast. The hotel has 9 buildings and 3 pools. Location wise it is good as well since the Airport smart bus stops at a walking distance from the hotel.

The problem is that the bathroom in the room assigned is a bit old, the bathtub stopper is broken, and the shower room is relatively small.

GGuest UserThis review is about the cafe not the hotel. The cafe had a coffee drink called 'dirty' now this drink has coffee and a ball of ice cream in it. Taste is wonderful. However, the service was atrocious to say the least. When you order this drink, the staff will tell you it takes from 15 to 20 minutes to prepare...sure no problem. but after half and hour no sign of the drink. Ask the staff, they check and does not come to me but signals it will take another 10. Now what kind of service is this. I just crossed my hands and walked away. The staff immediately came and said 10 more minutes, Told her I had to take the tender back to my ship. I really pity the owner of this place, it was empty, with 2 tables occupied only. If they cant get it right or maybe it is their 'Sabai' attitude. It does leave a sour taste in your mouth.

GGuest UserSince we are a Club Mahindra member, so we chose this hotel in Phuket. Went with my wife and my daughter (18 Yrs). The property over all is very good and away from the busy areas. Some of the precise observations listed below. Hope this helps in making the decision Pros: 1. Smooth Check-in 2. Very clean and tidy property 3. Spacious Room (1 Bedroom Suite) 4. Comfortable bed & pillows 5. Couple of Indian restaurants just outside the hotel 6. Good Indian food 7. Very nice pool 8. Helpful staff Cons: 1. No 7/11 around. The nearest is about a km and a half and the taxi will charge 40 bahts too and fro. So, plan your purchases accordingly when you go there. 2. Little inside the main road. Difficult to walk the beach seems very far away due to the heat as there's no private beach. 3. Not much to do in the area where it's located. Patong beach is 20 minutes away which isn't much but commuting will cost some money 4. Electricity sockets are in a bad condition and not at the right places. Please check the sockets of the room before you are allocated the room 5. No kitchnette inside the room Special mention: 1. Harish Bahuguna, the Indian chef cooks a great food. He cooked a very nice fish masala and lentil (Dal) for us. It was precisely as per the instructions 2. Vacilli at the travel desk. Very helpful and cooperative. One has to negotiate but I definitely give full marks to his sales skills Overall, if you like a quite area then go for this. I am rating it very good due to the pros that I have mentioned above.
