Convenient location but hotel extremely dated. You get what you pay for but the hotel was tired, the room smelled really musty. Aircon didn’t work - said they’d tried to fix it but couldn’t and suggested opening the window!! Bathroom was extremely small and a wet room which flooded with limited drainage. The whole place was extremely basic.

Friendly welcome. The doorbell was answered promptly. The location is ideal, between the train station and the city centre. A good breakfast was included.
The hotel is tired and needs maintenance. Worn stair carpets. Worn keys.
Overall a good value place to stay in Piacenza.

No sign, very difficult to find this place. The front desk lady can not speak English at all. No elevator, no staff to help, had to carry suitecase to climb up several floors. Room is super dark, full of mold smell. The chair is brocken and my husband had to take it downstairs to get replacement. The draining in bathroom is loosely placed, very easy to triple over it and fall down. Do not have any supplies at all. The bed is uncomfortable. They turned off the heating after mid night and outside was only 8°C. The heating was turned on in the morning. They thought people will not noticed. The so called breakfast just has croissant and cookie. Avoid this place if you can.

The title says it all…stay away from this “hotel”…very old rooms, broken furniture, dirt everywhere and poor hygiene. Untrained and inattentive staff. Unclassifiable breakfast with old and even expired industrial products and sour juice. Bad smell everywhere but in the bathroom it reaches its peak with the terrible smell of sewage. Disgusting and also expensive since they charge €130 for a double

Amazing that such a hotel could exist. Dirt everywhere. Double room on the ground floor: dilapidated, without bedside tables, dirty walls, visibly stained curtains, suspended electrical cables joined by adhesive tape, non-functioning electrical sockets, broken furniture. In the bathroom ALL the services were leaking water, from the toilet to the sink; the drain hose from the bedroom air conditioner goes inside the shower. Also the cleaning services were not done! Just emptied the bathroom bin and made the bed. Unprofessional if not incompetent staff. Too bad, we had been before! Hotel to be eliminated

Hotel very close to the centre. Very basic and dated. Small room and non-existent services. Comfortable bed and good cleaning. Breakfast practically non-existent. Only good for sleeping one night if you don't have any particular pretensions.

First of all, there is no reception. There are two dilapidated doors with pieces of paper attached to tape with various writings: ring here, call here. Unclassifiable rooms, old and broken furniture passes but a terrible smell of sewage came from the bathroom. The desk was totally covered in dust. Cobwebs everywhere. The bathroom window was uncurtained and covered with a cardboard. Outside various rubbish including an empty soy sauce bottle. The window itself was held in place by a hanger. Does anyone check these places? The problem is that if you want to stay in the station area, there's nothing else.
