Ma il management ha bisogno di rivedere alcune cose. Scelte aziendali molto discutibili (mi ripeto, si salvano per la bravura del personale) Se io leggo Resort 4 stelle mi aspetto almeno i servizi base di un 4 stelle. - Appartamenti senza aria condizionata. Potrebbe sembrare superfluo e sicuramente non è tra le priorità per molti, ma io me lo aspetto. Abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore che comunque ci è stato portato. - [ ] Wi-Fi inesistente all’interno delle stanze. La zona non ha un buon segnale, 3G che è quasi inesistente ovunque quindi dimenticatevi di navigare col vostro cellulare qualora ne aveste bisogno, a meno che non andate nelle aree comuni - ** Letti con materassi a molla che ti entrano nella spina dorsale. Cuscino alti 3cm (vedi foto). Ma costava troppo mettere qualche piuma in più ? Il topper a casa mia è più spesso. Chi è questo genio che ha optato per questa scelta commerciale? Ma io ho pagato per venire qui mica sono venuto gratis. BOCCIATO il riposo notturno. Purtroppo non posso dire di aver dormito bene. Anzi torno con un bel mal di schiena! - Nota dolente il bagno. Sporco e incrostato ! (V.foto) se ci sono le croste di sporco vuol dire che troppo spesso le pulizie sono state superficiali (se non nulle). Io non so voi cosa avete nel bagno di casa vostra ma io di certo non ho incrostazioni nere e sporcizia nella doccia, non ho una cabina doccia da 40€ che ti rimane in mano se la chiudi (quando riesci a chiuderla). Quello che voglio dire è che non mi deve far senso se metto un piede in terra scalzo. Tanto meno nella doccia, perché quando vedo sporcizia sulle pareti è ovvio che penso al resto. Passeranno l’amuchina quando se ne vanno gli ospiti? Puliranno il piatto doccia bene? Forse si, forse no ma la mia sensazione (personale) è NO. Dietro la porta d’ingresso appena arrivati c’era un cimitero di insetti e la casa l’avevano appena pulita. - RISTORANTE Ho pagato per una pensione completa che si è persa per strada. In primis nella formula pensione completa non sono previste bevande. Ma neanche l’acqua? 50€ a persona al giorno e non è prevista neanche l’acqua ? Basta andare a vedere cosa ho recensito e quali strutture ho visitato per capire che qui non ci siamo. Non è la prima volta che vado in un resort di un certo livello. Obbligare a pagare 2€ per 75cl di acqua lo vedo proprio il modo giusto per perdere un cliente.. ed infatti non pensò di tornare se rimangono così. Ma come si fa a non includere l’acqua? Cari Managers e Cara Direttrice cosa vi siete bevuti? Cos’è! Volete recuperare le perdite del COVID tutte insieme? Meglio mettere 5€ in più durante la prenotazion

The setting of this resort amid the authentic Tuscany countryside is simply breathtaking. Magnificent location – close to the historic little town of Massa Marittima and the beautiful beach of Torra Mozza – this exceptionally maintained property offers accommodations that are simple, yet comfortable and clean, plus leisure facilities that are second to none. And you are truly made welcome by staff throughout the resort – especially at the reception : Maria, Leticia, Jasmine and Francesca… not to mention the friendly lifeguards, the hard-working maids and groundskeepers, including the proud manager with her lovely dog walking the domain morning till evening, making sure everything is perfect. Now, as for the quality coming out of the kitchen(s) and the efficiency of the service personnel in the restaurant(s) and the bar... hmm ???!!!

I want to testify here for all the French people who believe they are booking a Pierre et Vacances, not at all, it is sold to an Italian company so the employees and the entertainment are made for Italians, the employees only speak Italian, the bartender makes no effort to trade if you don't speak his language. Meals are payable in addition, school canteen breakfast at 8 €, à la carte lunch and very common buffet dinner. Another more expensive restaurant offers slightly better dishes. The accommodations are quite spacious but with old furniture, the iron beds creak and above all THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, WE SUFFOCATE! Only the dishes and a broom are available, there is nothing else… At the swimming pool, we are entitled to 2 deckchairs per accommodation, no matter if there are 4 of you… Animations are non-existent, no tournament, game in daytime. At 9.30 p.m. the children dance to music to mime for 30 mins then a song or magic show of 25 mins…. at 10.30 p.m. they wish you good night. There is no dance party, I have never seen that. Teenagers wander around not knowing what to do... In short, go your way, nothing is happening in this village:

I don't recommend. We stayed 7 nights. The reception was more than cold when people understood that we did not speak Italian and very little English. No explanation of possible activities in the surrounding area, no flyers available. Fortunately the internet exists. The comfort room: air conditioning is sorely lacking, especially in the summer when temperatures do not drop below 22 at night. The bed is borderline too short in terms of length (we are no more than 1m75). No wifi available. Crack in the room. Shower worthy of a campsite. Breakfast more than average, arrived at 8:30 a.m. the hot dishes were cold. At the restaurant bar, we waited a long time before someone came to offer us the drinks menu, then just as long to be served. As soon as people work at the hotel or speak Italian, we immediately take care of them before even taking care of us. I note the great lack of professionalism of the employees both at the restaurant bar and at the reception. Expensive for what we got. We will not return to this hotel but to the region yes because it is magnificent.

The other was a sofa bed that we asked to clean because it was full of hair and even cigarette ash. When we mentioned this we were told that the housekeeper would come to fix it and we would not have to remove the sofa cover ourselves. Luckily we had spray disinfectant with us which we sprayed everywhere. Fixtures not at all soundproof, it seemed to constantly have people in the room. Another service totally absent is the Wi-Fi, ok to disconnect and relax, but by choice, not because the phone does not take anywhere. Unfortunately, the restaurant to forget, as well as expensive, such as the bar (1 half-liter bottle of water or a coffee cost 2 euros) of low quality. Macaroni with seafood sauce that in comparison those of 4 sautées in the pan are gourmet, tiramisu drowned in alcohol, I left it halfway. A big regret, really a pity. The resort is structured like a village nestled in the Tuscan hills and offers magnificent landscapes and views that are certainly unique. The common areas are kept to perfection both as regards the green (and there is a lot of it!) And as regards the buildings, the swimming pools (even if they have some flaws in terms of maintenance) and the various relaxation areas scattered throughout the 'area. The first evening we dined at "the tavern of taste", one of the two restaurants within the village: we ate divinely, in a wonderful setting! … The painful notes: the rooms! Definitely spacious and clean, but without air conditioning (!!!), without Wi-Fi (present only in the common areas), absolutely not soundproofed and with a minibar with two bottles of water (only on arrival, no refill the day after) . The bathroom is still in the 80s: no type of furniture or support and shower cubicle with a shower head full of limestone that has made each shower a nice minuet for chasing water. Another drawback is the breakfast: both sweet and salty buffet quite rich, but hot drinks and juices from machines. From such a resort I expected at least a "real" cappuccino. (Which, to be honest, there is, but you pay as an extra) Ah! There is no left-luggage office… check-out at 10am. You can stay in the hotel for a few more hours, but you can load your luggage in the car… Too bad. Too bad indeed. The location is nothing short of wonderful ... but the services are really scarce.

Structure with good potential, but really badly managed. We stayed in the rooms of the separate building from the complex. Upon arrival it did not seem deserted and with no one to welcome us. The rooms are very small and very old. The old and broken air conditioner. The bathroom was full of cobwebs and dead bugs that have never been cleaned in 3 days. The shower as well as being small and very old could not be adjusted. So either hot or cold shower! But worst of all was the bar / restaurant staff. We arrived around 1.45pm and they already didn't want to serve us lunch because the kitchen closed at 2. We asked for toast or chips but the waiters replied with great rudeness. They bounced from one waiter to another, constantly puffing and complaining that they couldn't serve us because they were messed up (note that it was the first week of June and it wasn't full ... I can't think of August !!!). The breakfast is bad. Buffet scarce and almost always empty, with every request the waiters, always puffing, went away muttering without listening to any request. The juice (dispensed from a machine) had gone bad and undrinkable. Really bad quality. The pool was always dirty, full of bugs and leaves, and the lifeguard didn't bother to clean it. When we checked out we pointed out the issues, but even at the reception they were not particularly accommodating. They marked the complaints on a sheet and greeted us. In a nutshell, I would neither recommend nor stay there again!
