We looked at reviews after booking this hotel and were nervous we had made a massive mistake. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely Italian lady at the desk who also decided to change our rooms so we would be over looking the pool instead of the street just because they had the rooms available, the rooms were lovely and clean lots of large towels, extra pillows in the wardrobe so we had two each instead of just one, Wi-Fi in reception which also worked in our rooms, the pool was open and was lovely and refreshing, a little dangerous for children as there is about a foot drop from the pool edge to the water level, the pool floor was also slippery and a massive steep drop to the deep end which was very deep so just be sure to have floating aids, we didn’t get to have dinner but we did have breakfast which was lovely and there was lots of options to choose from, all the staff were lovely, kind and couldn’t do enough for us, the morning we left we had to be ready before breakfast started but they let us have coffee’s and the chef even brought us a plate of pastries whilst we waited for our transport, I probably wouldn’t stay here for a two week holiday but if your traveling through the area or staying for a few days like we were then it is perfect, i honestly do wish we could of stayed more than a few days. I don’t know if maybe they have just made huge improvements after negative reviews but we couldn’t believe it was the same hotel in the reviews, it was a lovely place :)

Anger Management. Let's start with the reservation with Booking.com, equally guilty in this comedy of errors. Booked a balcony suite, and received confirmation. Got to Cosmo and immediately realized it had no balcony, tiny little closet space with window. Showed my confirmation to front desk girl who said what they received from Booking did not say balcony, and they had no more. What do I do? Will there be a refund? No says the girl, ”it is not the hotels problem”. You must contact Booking.com. Booking clearly states all issues to be resolved at hotel. ”Not the hotels responsibility” still rings in my ears. At checkout, another lady barks at me continuously reiterating... you guessed it, ”not the hotels problem”. So I finally get it across that I expect them to help me contact Booking.com. She says one hour to contact them. Get that? We are checking out and they say one hour to contact. I ask for an email for Booking.com. Lady says she cannot give out their email. What? She goes on to blather that we have a non smoking room, so... no balcony. What? I was not aware that all of Italy's non smoking rooms have no balcony. Imagine that? The a/c is a tiny hole in the ceiling, see photo. The shower and bath were designed for midgets, see photo. Oh and the breakfast? Standard continental breakfast fare of sliced cold cuts and processed cheese. Nothing hot on the entire bridge table. Booking.com has yet to hear of this, given their 1 hour hold times. They will soon with an equally scathing review. On to the Hilton, thank you very much.

Agriturismo Piccolo Paradiso
4.2/510 Reviews
We chose to take a low cost holiday by choosing this farming. First of all, I would like to point out that the owners are very kind and breakfast with natural products to say little. The rooms are spacious and clean. I put 3 stars and not 5 because all the rest, even if it is a farmhouse, seems in a state of abandonment and unhealthy. The road from the door to farmhouse is full of holes and armed that with bikes is not the best. I'm sorry they don't make available (even for payment) a small outdoor pool that we have seen x case in a private area. I hope they will improve the location with the time. I still advise you

Residence l'Incanto

It was a nice stay, although due to a severe lack of public transportation around I highly recommend you grab your driving licence, because without it you'll be stranded and going around places is painful. Buses don't really go according to schedule, and you need tickets that might be hard to get. The view from the residence is super beautiful though, and it's windy up there, so during the summer heat it feels nice. There is a swimming pool very close to the residence, so if you don't have a need to swim in the sea that might be a good idea. But also, the swimming pool organises parties every Thursday, and the music is incredibly loud until 2-3 am. The residence itself was great and clean and the owner was very helpful with explaining where everything is. If we had questions about the residence he'd reply with a helpful answer.

Very quiet, clean, spacious. So if you not fan of overcrowded, overpriced places it is great. Swimming pool very clean. Not overcrowded at all. You can relax and enjoy. Breakfast quite good.reception helpful. I liked everything here. There’s a big garden overlooking the sea. Beautiful
Villa Iolanda
4.6/526 Reviews
This is a family house, I think four rooms are for guests. Two on the first floor and two on the second. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. We got a room on the first floor (actualy i thought we would get the upper floor) . It was a clean room, quite big, a terrace, but no windows and no view. Breakfast was served in a ”tent” outside in the parking lot. Nice atmosphere, and served by the owner. I guess some of the food was home made . Breakfast was not as expected, not a great variety and every morning there were other things missing. Like salt, napkins, eggs, forks etc . Ther was parking available which is one of the reasons we chose this place. I must say however, the photos in the site, look nothing like the room we got. You should consider it when checking this out
