体調が悪く風邪をひきそうだったので、早めにホテルに向かった所、他の宿泊客はどんどんアーリーチェックインを許可されていたのに、清掃がまだ終わっていないからとずっと待たされました。担当のエリーという女性はとても失礼な態度で3時になっても部屋に入れませんでした。
バスの時刻表について教えてくれた女性は親切でした。
部屋は展望のない小さな部屋でした（部屋選択の際に明記しておいてほしい）
アメニティは備え付けのソープとシャワーキャップのみでケトルさえありませんでした。暖房も点かず山の上なのでとても寒かったです。
フロントにケトルを借りに行くと先程の女性に部屋にあるはずだと言われ、ないのならレストランでカップにお湯をもらえばよいと貸してもらえませんでした。
寒くて風邪をひいてしまいましたので、ケトルでお湯を沸かし温かいお茶を何度か飲みたかったので困りました。
レストランのスタッフはみなさんとても親切で、喉が痛いと言ったら蜂蜜をわけてくれました。
朝食は選択肢も多く、レストランからの眺めも綺麗でした。
お得な値段ではありましたが４星だと思っていくとガッカリすると思います。
ピエンツァには安くて眺望も良いホテルが他にたくさんあります。

Struttura nel pieno centro storico di Pienza ricavata da un vecchio monastero, servizio e accoglienza al top, andrebbero solamente dotate le camere di qualche accessorio in più da 4 stelle (kit cortesia, ciabattine, accappatoio) ma per il resto veramente un posto incantevole. Piscina con vista mozzafiato, ristorante interno con servizio e cura del cliente ai massimi livelli (bravi a tutti i ragazzi e al titolare) anche se utilizzata solo per un aperitivo, colazione fantastica con tanti prodotti locali. Da ritornare assolutamente.

Great place to stay in Penzia, location can be a bit tricky to find as most of the evenings driving is not aloud to the entrance. Just a short walk from the square. Follow parking instructions from host as there is none on site. Breakfast is great, did not have a chance to dine for dinner but menu looked really good. Great town to stay in, will be back.

We rented 2 rooms. One room was large with a couch and the couple loved. Our room was small, which didn't bother me, but it was very stuffy. Had trouble sleeping because of the air quality. Also would have liked to know at the time of rental that the hotel was in a ZTL zone. So we could not pull up to the hotel and unload all of our luggage.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
