酒店在皮恩扎古城入口處不遠。酒店臨街因此抵達時由於酒店門口的一個車位已被佔用，另一個臨時停車位置沒有斜坡上下會比較麻煩。酒店專用停車場在後門地下車庫，沒有任何裝修和管理人員，每天收20歐元有點不值。房間尚可，套房夠大。最要吐槽一下的是酒店裡的餐廳，菜品口味一般而且感覺都是預製加熱的，價格卻也不便宜，後來者注意避坑。我們晚餐掛房賬後還忘記給住客的折扣。

酒店坐落在皮恩扎古城旁，早上起來過街即到古城。酒店非常精緻整潔，房間被具有一股香香的味道很好聞，房間很大，自助早餐很好吃。

We enjoyed our stay here. They turn the air conditioning off in the rooms after the end of September so although it was quite hot in our rooms, we didn’t have the option of turning the air on. We asked for fans and they brought us two which was helpful. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest but the overall cleanliness of the hotel and how it looks is really beautiful. It’s also very central to everything and walking distance to the little town if you want to explore.

A spacious room, plenty of storage space, good A/C, nice breakfast — all good reasons to stay here. Nicola and his staff were very accommodating. We opted for a room with a shower. We always had hot water. The hotel is literally a one-minute walk to the main shopping/restaurant area of Pienza. There is a garage to the back of the hotel which makes parking convenient. We booked direct with the hotel, so our parking was free. The hotel restaurant on site, La Piazzetta, was outstanding the two nights we had dinner there. Pienza is a great base to drive to other towns — Montalcino, Montepulciano, Montechiello, and Cortona — all within a 30-45 minute drive. Some day we’d love to visit Pienza again, and Hotel San Gregorio will be our first choice to stay.

The hotel is in an excellent location being only a short walk from the city walls. The parking is close by and secure. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was superb The room however did not live up to expectation. It was a classic double, was very austere with no paintings on the bare walls and generally very tired. Needs a complete refit. Sad because otherwise a good stay

What a gem ! This hotel makes you feel like you are in a movie ! Entrance is gorgeous, the room was classic and vintage Tuscany decor. The staff was great ! The restaurant and breakfast was fantastic ! WE were charged $20 EURO per night to park in their parking lot. Found that a bit ridiculous ! Should have been in the room price. The village was 3 minutes away ! The scenery was spectacular ! Was like looking at a post card ! Landscape was incredible The hotel had a n awesome swimming pool and a nice quiet space off to the side to sit and relax with a cool beverage ! TOTALLY worth it !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, traditional hotel. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. A big shout out to the cleaning team who worked extremely hard to keep the hotel very clean and smelling amazing. The restaurant accommodated a group of 12 of our friends to join us for dinner one night, at very short notice, creating a very memorable and delicious dining experience for us to treasure. The pool was clean and not crowded and despite the work men that were completing jobs around us at times (we believe there is a renovation taking place) remained a peaceful place to unwind. The bar is only open at lunch until 2:30) and then at 5:30pm, so if you were hoping for a pool side drink in the afternoon then we would suggest popping to a local shop before settling down. We would suggest if you are hiring e-bikes that you do so from the shop in the town instead as the hotel ones were one size only and we’re not adjustable to height or weight. They were too large for me and another member of our party (the two females) but were used by our partners. Our only sight con was that the air conditioning in the room was not really strong enough. This meant that on some of the very hot days on our visit it was a little difficult to get to sleep.
