Accogliente. Gentilezza alla reception nonostante li abbiamo costretti ad aspettarci alla mezzanotte poiché in route di viaggio. Pulizia, ordine e ottima colazione. La location è molto nuova, non immaginavo di trovare a Questo prezzo competitivo Una offerta così valida al volo. Consigliato.

….. trovato questo locale identificato per la sua comodità, ma un pochino indeciso viste le recensioni precedenti….. Che dire, super comodo, super gentili, pulito, e si ammetto che è sulla tangenziale. Dalle camere non si percepisce nessun tipo di rumore. La colazione buona è abbondante. Per la cena rivolgersi all’autogrill annesso dove anche qua sono stati super gentilissimi rapidi e abbiamo mangiato bene

Trattasi di un hotel situato sopra ad un autogrill , con affaccio superstrada ... Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni come gruppo sportivo I prezzi sono equiparabili a qualsiasi hotel o agriturismo presenti sul meraviglioso territorio di Umbria/toscana , peccato che non può essere considerato un hotel a 3 stelle. La mia camera aveva un persistente odore di fogna mista a fumo di sigaretta , polvere ovunque , water e doccia con incrostazioni Televisore con soli 3 canali visibili. Set asciugamani senza quello per bidet , che per tre giorni non sono stati cambiati. Al limite le condizioni igienico sanitarie Le moquette presenti sia alla reception che sui piani indecentemente sporche e in quei tre giorni mai ripulite. Il servizio di ristorazione indecente Cibo scadente . Il personale mediamente gentile

Hotel in punto strategico… nel breve soggiorno con mio marito in questo hotel siamo stati molto bene…la camera comoda e pulita dotata di tutti i confort essenziali.. personale molto gentile e disponibile.consigliato

In posizione strategica,l"hotel è gestito da personale veramente gentile. Detto questo le camere sono oggettivamente sporche e maleodoranti.Volevamo guardare un po' di tv ma funzionavano solo i primi tre canali..mai più!

Lasciate ogni speranza o voi che entrate!!! Camera sporchissima.... erano mesi che non veniva pulita, Polvere e sporcizia d appertutto, perfino insetti nelle lenzuola. Per non parlare del bagno, wc incrostato, doccia super sporca e con cabina rotta e sifone tappato. Un incubo, mai trovato una camera cosi sporca in 20 anni di viaggi!!!!! Tra l altro ad un prezzo per niente competitivo. Sconsigliatissimo!!!!!! Meglio fare qualche km in piu che fermarsi in questo hotel.

Situato sulla superstrada E45, relativamente comodo da raggiungere, Dato che siamo arrivati alle 23, abbiamo avuto accesso dall'Autogrill, ove abbiamo fatto il check in, rigorosi i controlli Green Pass, ma la reception era chiusa. Nessun problema comunque visto che eravamo attesi ed avevamo contattato telefonicamente la struttura. Camera sul retro al secondo piano, con ascensore, ampia, TV con canali Sky, armadio a vista con grucce rimediate. nessun cuscino aggiuntivo. Pulizia bagno discutibile ( abbiamo rinvenuto un filo interdentale a terra una boccetta di docciaschiuma aperta lasciata nella doccia). Colazione basic. Check out semplice e massima cortesia dell'addetta. Insomma albergo on the road per una sosta imprevista. Prezzo abbordabile
