I would say this resort is an average 3 star hotel. The main amenity the rent kids loved was the indoor pool with water slide. One night the water was cool and the other night it was warm so the temperature was pretty inconsistent. We stayed in a family suite and had plenty of room but the furniture was very worn on and the beds were not super comfortable. The bathroom had leaking water and the jetted tub was in poor shape. Thankfully we only spent time in the room to sleep so it was okay for us.

Rooms needs updated. Painting, better hole coverage. Tried to get more blankets and pillows, none available. No table or chairs in rooms. Pool area no heat. No continental breakfast. Pool kindof cold. Not worth the money we paid. First got there, waited 10 minutes to check in. Called several times during the day, no answer.

Not at all like the pics! OLD! Needs updated and cleaned up better! I couldn’t,ate myself get in the tub to take a bath and half to flush the stool several times after only one use. Guy at front desk was super nice. Wouldn’t spend this much money on this place again!

We checked in, customer service was good. Our first room reeked of cigar smoke, our 2nd room keys wouldn’t work, finally we were able to enter our room to find it very dirty. We requested a refund from the front desk and he was glad to issue. Our main problem was getting the refund issued from *******.

Room was clean but hot water went in and out when you needed to shower and Wi-Fi was non existent.

The website was misleading, we had a junior suite, no table or chairs in the room. Coffee pot sat on a make shift shelf in the restroom. Very noisy. Ice in the lobby, not on each floor, vending machine on each floor only drinks no snacks. Card charged at check in, not departure. Just very disappointing. The only good thing was the location
