If I can give a 0 star, I would highlight it. The whole facility is dark and smelly. There is a big blood mark on the bed, and the front desk refuses to send any house keeping to change. There’s also an unbelievable rule once you checked in that needs to be signed…anyway not recommended to this hotel and would never be back again. Really bad experience.

We had a great time staying here. Rooms are very clean and place is so quiet and close too everything. We definitely will stay again. Only reason why I gave 4/5 stars is the breakfast was not so warm and the gravy was like water. But I’d still stay again.

Loved the amount of space in the suite. Dining had good options although the eggs were pretty watery almost every day. Front desk attendant was friendly and helpful.

Nice location for what we were doing. Room was clean and relatively quite with lots of space. Breakfast was good. Room was also cleaned daily which is rare to find nowadays. We'll stay here again the next time we visit Pigeon Forge.

Absolutely the most comfortable stay we have had all year!! This is the best little place in The Forge! Owners are attentive and welcoming, staff is excellent, rooms are the perfect size and oh so comfortable! Will definitely stay again!
