Terrible area, filthy hotel. Rain poured in through window. Carpet so dirty I had to wear shoes- never again!

It is conveniently located right off I-275 making it a direct route straight to downtown. Also the staff was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for taking care of us this New Years Weekend.

There was a flyer in the room for Room Service. One morning we decided to order 3 ham and cheese croissants and 2 order of fries. It was $38.00. When the order arrived there was only 1 croissant and the fries had pepper on them. I called them right away and the man who answered said that is what we ordered. And that if I wanted 2 more sandwiches he would charge me for them. I said I paid you for them he went to explain that I only paid for 1 sandwich and 2 fries. The other charge was room service and delivery. We were dissatisfied with the service and mentioned that to the woman at the front desk. She said that place was not good. And we wandered why would Comfort Inn have a laminated flyer in each room if this establishment is not reputable.
One morning we asked for our room to be cleaned. My sister went to the front desk and also asked the girls that were on our floor to clean our room as we needed a good cleaning and fresh towels. We returned to our room and our room was not cleaned.
Your location was absolutely perfect. Most of the staff were very friendly.
