The property was nice. The hotel itself was very nice. Clean. I typically reserve with Marriottt & Hilton for many reasons. La Quinta is not at the top of my list. First impression is everything, upon check in the person who attended us was not very kind. We inquired about early check in since we were attending a conference nearby. And the response was rude, water was apparently turned off and he said we should have been notified AND WE WERE NOT. However if we wanted early check in there was a fee of $30 but we could not use water. Apparently there was a plumbing issue that was to be resolved by 3pm that day. So again first impression is everything and that experience was not a good one.
