Front desk was so helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was more than expected with 2 tvs. And the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great as well, with constant restocking of food. Amazing bargain

The room was nice and breakfast was very good. One of the main reasons for booking at this hotel was the indoor pool but it was not in service and there was no remedy offered. We wanted our room cleaned (beds made, fresh towels) so we made an appointment but the person who made the appointment made it for 3:30 (at our request) but the cleaning service left at 3:00 so we didnt get our room cleaned. We had a child with us and because there was no pool and little to do at the hotel we checked out a day early wasting $120.00. So although there were some good things about the hotel the pool was a big amenity that was just overlooked with no compensation, unexpectable. Also the juice machine was broken at breakfast but again no remedy. That an easy fix by putting out a few cartons of juice. This hotel seems to fall short when it comes to problem solving or compensation.

The most only reason I decided to stay at this hotel was for the pool but upon my arrival I was told that the pool was closed. I was very disappointed and left the hotel. I’ve asked for a refund and they have denied it when ******* called to confirm my departure. Looks like the hotel wants to keep my money. Plus the rooms needs updating and the juice machine was broken.

The staff was awesome! Ms Desiree at the front desk handled a situation that arose from *******. She explained everything, and everything was sorted out. The breakfast ladies were very kind . They kept the area stocked and clean. The breakfast was quite tasty! The room was decent. It was just minor cosmetics in that area. The black out curtains did not totally black out the window. The hallway walls and the windows are thin. I could hear people talking outside the room.

I awlays have a good experience here. We were a little bummed out that the thermostat was out for the pool, causing it to be closed thos time. But, things happen. So I cant hold it against the hotel. I am in town every-other weekend and we typically stay here.

Staff was friendly and helpful, thorough I waited a few minutes with no one at the counter when I arrived. The bathroom had specks of dirt or grime on the toilet seat and counter when we arrived. The pull-out sofa bed in our "room for 6" was very rickety and had a broken support wire. There were people taking and laughing loudly in the hallway right outside our door at 1:00am.
Nice points so far: good space, comfortable normal beds with very nice pillows, good-size "mini fridge", good cups for water and other little amenities.
Overall pretty good experience, but the dirtiness in the bathroom that was pretty easy to clean with a wet tissue (showing low cleaning standards by staff) was concerning and discomforting.

Everything there is great, I recommend it, clean room and comfortable, very good hot breakfast , the pool is great and has hot water, I will come back again.
