The Cloud Hotel

Overall, it was decent. Breakfast was quite good, and the ventilation was nice, but the lobby facilities are a bit old. The mattress was good, and the room was relatively clean. However, the most important thing is that for a 4-star hotel, this one is simply terrible.

The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. Overall, it's pretty good. They even gave us small gifts during the holidays, which was very thoughtful. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, which affected my rest a bit. Overall, though, it's still a good hotel!

I didn't have high expectations for the room when I entered the countryside, but I didn't expect the room to be so dirty. There was a strong odor, no toilet seat cover, the disposable slippers were reused and there was hair on them when I opened the packaging, and the towels had stains and hair. I didn't sleep well all night because of this environment. I tried to ask for a late check-out but was refused!

The hotel is located in a relatively bustling area, surrounded by Luckin Coffee and several chain snack shops, making shopping and dining convenient. The hotel has its own parking lot, and the security guard is quite attentive and responsible. The hotel facilities are similar to others of its type, and the cleanliness is good. Aside from the lack of heating, it offers good value for the price.

The hotel is an old, renovated place, but the room smelled strongly of alcohol, making me strongly suspect that a previous guest had vomited there; the lingering smell was awful. To make matters worse, when I checked out the next day, I found my car lock was malfunctioning. At first, I thought my key fob had run out of battery, but after leaving, the lock worked fine. Thinking back, there were car alarms in the parking lot that night, but it was too late to check, especially since my car was parked right next to the gatekeeper. Now, it's terrifying to think about. I strongly suggest the hotel improve its management.

This is a terrible review! The service at this hotel is absolutely awful! I have to comment. Having stayed in countless hotels worldwide, the service at this hotel is simply incomprehensible! Around 1 PM, before checking out (checkout time was 2 PM according to the hotel), I discovered my car had been scratched in the hotel parking lot by a truck, presumably belonging to the hotel. I communicated with the truck owner as usual, called the police, and followed the insurance process. During this time, the hotel manager and other relevant personnel became aware of the incident! The most bizarre thing happened: while the incident was being handled, a hotel cleaning staff member suddenly appeared and told us to take our luggage and check out immediately! The cleaning staff member even questioned us: "You said you wanted to stay yesterday, why aren't you staying? If you're not staying, then check out..." My God, I was still dealing with the incident. I can stay or not stay, what's it to you? This incident occurred in the hotel parking lot and: 1. The incident is still being handled. 2. It happened in the hotel parking lot. 3. It was a parking space assigned by the hotel (we specifically gave up our space because the hotel had offered to help us find one earlier). 4. The hotel manager and relevant personnel were present but made no comment. 5. We didn't need anything from the hotel; we just needed to call the police and have our insurance handled normally. 6. After all, having our car scratched was bound to affect our mood. And then, a cleaning staff member came and urged us to check out, questioning why we weren't staying… The hotel manager and relevant personnel didn't say a word in response. Is the cleaning staff the hotel's boss? We hadn't even bothered the hotel, and instead of offering comfort and reassurance, they came to bother us? Fine, I'll give you a bad review! Note⚠️: This hotel's service is extremely poor. There are many good hotels in Pingbian; don't choose this one!

The hotel has a good location, but the front desk was cold and impersonal, and the shower water was so lukewarm you could barely wash your face, let alone take a proper shower. It's considered a high-end hotel in the area.

There's an activity room on the 4th floor for playing ping pong and mahjong, but it's only for overnight guests. Hotel staff asked us to leave when we tried to play ping pong or cards, saying it was booked for overnight guests who get a lower room rate and special privileges. We booked 4 rooms, and 3 of them had leaky sinks; the disposable slippers made it feel like we were ice skating.
