Pingbian Dishui Miaocheng Resort Hotel

The room was converted from a banquet hall private room. The bathroom ventilation was poor; shower water would spill onto the floor near the entrance, leaving the entire room damp. The bathroom definitely needs a major overhaul. The room was large, but one of the beds was directly facing the air conditioner from both ends, which was a bit unbearable; it gave me a headache in the middle of the night. While the breakfast wasn't up to par with a five-star hotel, it still included cold and hot dishes, pastries, steamed buns, dumplings, rice noodles/rice noodles, fruit, milk, soy milk, and beverages. However, the soy milk and milk were made from powder.

This hotel experience was unsatisfactory. I specifically booked it because it's close to Dishui Miaocheng, and it is indeed not far. However, the facilities and services were quite poor. I booked two rooms; one had a leaky bathroom, and the other had the hot and cold water pipes reversed. When I called the front desk to complain in the evening, no one answered. The normal price is around 200 RMB, but during the National Day holiday it was over 700 RMB. I can understand the higher price during the holiday, but the facilities and service were inadequate. After complaining to Ctrip, they changed me to the best suite, but apart from the larger room, there was no difference. Because the drainage slope wasn't done properly, the entire bathroom flooded after a shower. Also, the floor tiles were glossy, and I was worried about my child slipping, so I spent 15 minutes scrubbing the floor at night. Ctrip should regulate these unreasonable price increases during holidays. In summary, this hotel is in the 200 RMB price range.

This stay at the Pingbian Dishui Miaocheng Resort Hotel was the worst hotel experience I've ever had! Before booking, I read reviews praising its cleanliness and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, which convinced me to stay there. However, upon arrival, I discovered the room didn't match reality: 1. The bathroom lacked a separate wet and dry area, which is the root cause of my family's trauma. My family member slipped and fell while exiting the bathroom after showering. Their left foot was still inside the bathroom, and their right foot had just stepped out when they instantly tripped and fell to the floor! Just thinking about it hurts! Luckily, their wrist only suffered a soft tissue contusion and swelling, without any bone damage. The floor outside the bathroom was incredibly slippery, and there was no anti-slip mat! I was very careful when entering and leaving the restroom, but I still slipped a few times. Luckily, I was wearing sneakers and avoided a fall. When my family member slipped and fell, I was very upset, worried they might have broken a bone. I called the front desk to inform customer service. Although they responded and offered to come to the room to check, my child was already asleep, so it wasn't convenient. I told them my wrist was swollen and I wasn't sure if I had broken a bone. I said if it seemed serious the next day, I would take them to the hospital for a checkup, which the hotel would be responsible for. I also told them I needed to rest because I was exhausted! After driving for almost six hours, who wouldn't want to rest? I went to bed with worry and anger. But when I checked out the next day, the hotel staff completely ignored it, acting as if nothing had happened! This kind of service deserves a zero! 2. After checking into the room in the afternoon, we found the bedding was unclean; the blankets and sheets were covered in dust. After contacting the hotel front desk, customer service said they would change it, so our family went out for dinner. When we returned to the room that evening, we were certain that one duvet cover had been changed, but we weren't sure about the others. Hehe, most likely they weren't changed, because we found lint and dust under and around the pillows while sleeping. My family member slipped and fell on the floor. We were still angry, and with the hygiene like this, I really couldn't be bothered to contact the front desk again! I don't know how a hotel like this got such good reviews. With such service and such unsafe facilities, this hotel is destined for failure! I will never stay at this hotel again! And I will not recommend it to anyone I know or my friends!

The room is large in size and comfortable to live in. Many of the equipment are new and the location is also very good. It is only three to four hundred meters away from the highway. However, the location on the Amap map has an error. The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and helps solve many problems. Compared with the room space, the bathroom feels a bit small, with wet and dry areas separated, but there is no towel rack to dry clothes. When leaving the parking lot, you must ask the lady at the front desk to scan the code and pay on your behalf.

這次住得特別舒心！酒店整體乾乾淨淨，環境很舒服，房間收拾得一塵不染，安靜不嘈雜，休息起來很放鬆。工作人員都很和善，有什麼小事找他們，響應都很快，待人親切不生硬。家裡人都贊早餐很好吃，品種也很豐富，性價比很高的一家酒店，來屏邊體驗感很棒，下次來還選這家！
