酒店非常乾淨，大廳設施很齊全，還有打招呼的服務機器人，前台服務很熱情，房間衞生乾淨，關鍵是服務也非常好，早餐也很豐富，有牛肉麪，周邊吃的地方很多，非常方便！很不錯！！！

1.早餐：訂的房型是有雙早的，還必須要兩個人的身份證才可以打2張早餐票，不可以人性化一點嗎？哪怕提前問一下用餐人數也是一種禮貌行為吧
2.由於個人疏忽，房卡放到房間裏，下樓請前台幫忙按電梯，前台遲遲不來，我自己進去電梯跟着其他樓層上去又下來，又叫了前台3次才過來按電梯，真的很忙嗎？忙完説一下能咋，過來就問上幾樓？
3.房間裏的穿衣鏡，上面一層土
4.衞生間的垃圾桶不能和紙巾分開放嗎？放一塊很合理？有沒有想過沒用的紙會直接滑到垃圾桶裏？

酒店緊鄰柳湖公園，放鬆休閑好去處，周邊交通好，去哪裡都比較方便。前台服務員很熱情態度好，很有耐心酒店大廳設施好，早餐簡單乾淨，家鄉的味道。唯一不好的就是房間衞生一言難盡。

酒店在平涼屬於高檔酒店，設施齊全，環境優美，旁邊就是柳湖公園，閑暇時可以看看，周圍有個綜合體，餐飲店很多，平涼味道可以嚐嚐。早餐和衞生做的不錯，服務上還需更加努力。停車方便。

作為維也納旗下的一家酒店，理應承襲維也納品牌的精華。平涼維也納酒店卻讓住客感覺不到維也納酒店的管理精華。酒店位置很好，曾經也許是平涼的地標建築，但當下卻從外到內顯得蒼老，或許幾年都沒翻新過了。就連房間的衣櫃門，都變型無法閉合。此外，前台的小姐姐們，雖然熱情，但普通話還欠了點，勾通不是太順暢。其他的中規中矩，性價比不高。
