平涼是我兩次經過的城市，第一次因為高速公路封路沒進來，這次是衝著家人推薦專程來的。大堂明亮的四星級招牌閃閃發光，令人期待。因為我通過攜程網預訂的特價標間，接待員一臉不屑的説，這是特價房，衹能住一二樓。大堂接待處一般都是酒店的名片，有一位不算年輕的服務員接待我們四人的全過程從頭到尾一直繃著面孔，皺着眉頭，看起來很像是我們欠了她的債。打開房間的一瞬間我的心就涼透了，滿屋子煙味無法消散，窗户明亮着，但是打不開，是封閉式的。壁紙幾乎全部裂縫，傢俱廁所一切設施陳舊，有的地方甚至可以説是破爛不堪。晚上洗澡放了十分鐘沒有熱水，房間沒有服務枱電話，衹好打手機詢問，來了一位服務員，摘下淋浴噴頭塞進馬桶繼續放水，足足又放了好幾分鐘才有了一點温度，服務員説冷水需要放很久才有熱水，難道冷水白白流走不是成本嗎？浴巾毛巾顏色發灰，不敢用。地燈燈桿歪歪的，一碰就晃蕩，也不敢用。桌上放的枱燈根本不亮，以為接觸不好，反覆插好還是不亮，不能用。洗澡水排水不暢，一直積在廁所地面，因為沒有浴廁分離設計，衹好踏水上廁所，因為年紀大怕滑倒，衹能用毛巾大致吸幹積水。唉，旅途勞累需要放鬆，湊合著睡了一覺。好在第二天的早餐內容還算豐富，可以保證營養和口感。令我吃驚的是，早飯後去旁邊的公園散步一個小時後回來，居然房間已經全部被打掃完了，我們的行李衣物都沒收拾完，房間全部清理完畢，連垃圾桶都收乾淨了！好像在驅趕我們趕緊走，我看了一下手錶，當時的時間是上午10點20。退房的時候我疑惑的問總枱服務員，為啥在客人沒退房的情況下就打掃房間，如果客人丟了東西怎麼辦？她居然絲毫不以為然，我衹好説，這難道是四星級酒店新的服務規範嗎？在全國人民都在嚮往西部旅遊的熱盼時，真心希望平涼賓館能拿出真誠擁抱旅遊業春天的到來，而不是用如此令人心寒糟糕的服務水準來打發來自八方的客人。
