Facilities: Very good, especially the instant hot water kettle which is super convenient. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Quiet, and the balcony is quite spacious. The location next to Longwangtou makes it very easy to watch the sunrise. Service: The tips provided by the concierge group were very useful.

The cleanliness could be improved, but other than that, I'm quite satisfied. They also helped with luggage, which is very helpful for families with babies.

The location is excellent; you can walk there to watch the sunrise in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including one that's been featured on CCTV. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat out this time; we were full every day. The room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The hot water flow was so high that I didn't want to get out of the shower. The kettle used instant mineral water, which was very hygienic.

The environment is great, the sanitation is very clean, and there are many smart appliances, including a projector, Xiaodu speakers, electric curtains, a smart toilet, and a retro shower. The front desk provides free sea-catching tools and drinks, as well as a DIY box for picking up shells. There is a rack at the door for drying clothes. There is free parking downstairs, and the elevator is directly accessible.

Facilities: Complete amenities, including a bathtub and smart room controls, made the experience truly exceptional. Cleanliness: The maid was exceptionally helpful and kept the room spotless. Environment: We stayed in a first-floor courtyard room, perfect for relaxing in the evening breeze. The villa's ambiance was exceptionally beautiful. Service: Before arriving in Pingtan, the owner added me to the butler group, which provided everything from travel guides to tips. We could always reach out to the group and they responded quickly. This Pingtan trip was truly a positive experience.

終於到達別墅，被告知房間入住人未退房，我們需在14點入住。待我們遊玩部分景點後，晚餐前回到別墅，安排房間不大，還算乾淨，外面還有一個陽台，看看周邊風景不錯。洗浴設施齊全，房間電視投影儀看着很舒服，感謝前台幫忙登錄能看了。感覺浴室沒有任何把手，無法掛毛巾，有些不方便。房間桌面有黏黏的痕跡未處理乾淨。停車費可以報銷。地理位置不錯，出行方便。前台服務態度非常好，能及時迴應，不錯！

設施：配有全屋智能，喊一聲小度小度，即可實現開關燈、開關空調、開關窗簾等等！配有一個大浴缸，可以舒舒服服地體驗一下泡澡！還配有直飲機、小冰箱、抽濕器、智能馬桶，細節滿滿！ 衞生：配有一次性紙杯、一次性拖鞋、一次性馬桶墊，在這方面令人滿意！ 環境：離龍王頭海灘特別近，樓下附近還有共享電動車可以掃，附近有些吃的店還有便利店，交通出行、遊玩以及吃飯都非常便捷！ 服務：老闆很熱情，會推薦當地的旅遊攻略和特色美食，停車也方便，好評！！！
