I asked if there was fried rice, and they said that this was a noodle shop, go over there. They looked like they didn't care at all. At night, when I went to bed, I lifted the quilt and went to bed, and I actually felt something like sand on the bed. I called someone to change the sheets. The staff who changed the sheets said it was dust. Is this dust from the sandstorm? I can feel it. Isn't it because I live in a five-star hotel to be cleaner... Let's talk about breakfast. In the morning, I went up to the 29th floor. The staff at the entrance of the restaurant came up and said, "Find a seat by yourself. We are not responsible for arranging it. If there is no seat, go to the first floor." It was about 9:40. The next day, I went to the first floor at the same time. They said, "We will collect the food at 10 o'clock, and the upstairs will collect it at 10:30. Please consider it." The management is extremely chaotic. There are indeed some staff with good attitudes. For example, we store milk and send it up and down every day. But we need to store milk because the refrigerator in the room does not cool. Of course, the air conditioner in the room hall also does not cool. It took two days to repair it. Although the facilities are five-star, the attitude of many staff is quite bad. I will never consider coming again in the future.
